a gauge or number that indicates how far we are from getting to the next status levels. I can see my current level but not how far i am from the next.

@**ToyDemon** How about a scale for all of your products. While there are measurements, it still helps if we could see the products being compared to something like a hand or ruler. I have seen this done with some products , but not all of them.

A cool feature I would like to see is a translation of the box to English. I think when determining what to buy, we based it off of looks. It would be great if we could also understanding the gimmick behind the product as well. Some onahole boxes have a ton of text that looks like important information, yet I don't understand any of them. You could for example change the Japanese text and cover it with English text and also add a translation of the box to English in the description. Only use a PC windows, firefox.

Just thought of this idea that I didn't come up with until now, but I think there should be a section for community posts that are related to the product on each product page. It could be like a discussion page for users to share their thoughts on the product.

@**ToyDemon** Overall everything looks pretty good, but I think a feature that the website could benefit would be on putting some of the details close to the price and photos and to also be more detailed, as in to know the material of the toy, to know if the lube is water based (This one I couldn't find and I had to do my own research in order to determine if the lube is water based or not), if it is scented, if it is editable, and for the toys to specify the hardness of it. My point is, that there should be some certain details like the ones mentioned before with the price instead of made in japan which doesn't say much about the toy or whatever it is.

There isn't much more I could ask for really. I see you are making a dark mode, but I usually dislike most dark modes. The bright white text on a solid black background messes with my eyes. I start seeing ghost images of the text and it starts to blur. Dark Modes like twitter's dim mode is actually what works best for me. Going lights out just isn't an option. If it is between pitch black and pure white I am going pure white. However, I prefer something in the middle.

Not sure if you wanting more mobile users, but I don't feel like there is much incentive to use my phone. My PC is faster, and the phone has many limitations that just slows down the whole process. Leaving reviews would be far more annoying on my phone.

I'm referencing Amazon's Customer Review System here but "Rating by feature" in addition to the already present Overall rating.

Amazon usually has the Overall rating then sub-categories you can rate on.

A few example sub-categories for toys can be
Aesthetic *****
Cleaning *****
Durability *****
Lube Efficiency *****
Stimulation *****

I believe this can give more insight on products that are rated 4* since they can have a sub-category that is rated 5* for example, "Stimulation" but the "Aesthetic" and "Lube Efficiency" made the reviewer rate the product an overall 4*.
Another user may be looking for a product that has high "Stimulation" but is tunnel visioning at 5* products in hopes to find what he is looking for when in reality he can find a hidden gem in the 4* products as well.

@**ToyDemon** I love the coupons as they save me money, but usually I have to zoom in a bunch and look very carefully because you cannot click on the images and they can be quite small. So my suggestion would be improving the coupons section!

@**ToyDemon** I wish there was an option to change the size and weight in the product details to metric. Since some of the product details on the boxes are in metric it would be convenient for comparing products to each other when not all of them have size and weight details on boxes/pictures.

@**ToyDemon** An easier way to inquire about discontinued items, whether by the manufacturer or ToyDemon. Depending on where it was discontinued, either manufacturing or retail by TD, request an item to be re-continued if it is still being produced. It's somewhat disappointing to find something I found intriguing and worth buying has been discontinued.

This has probably been said before, but a more in-depth rating system than the standard zero-to-five star system. Maybe a scale system where people can rate attributes of onaholes like tightness, sensation, durability, firmness, visual aesthetics, ease of cleaning, etc. Not everyone's taste is the same, so this can really help pinpoint an onahole that's right for you.
Also, maybe a translation of the text on the box would be nice! Google translate has not been my friend, and it would definitely be cool to know what's written on the box.

@**ToyDemon** One feature that I would like to see on ToyDemon is a way to hide an order, a function to move an order to an archived/more discreet location so that someone else checking your account doesnt see what you have ordered just by clicking on "My Orders".

Ryzen 5 2600, 32GB Ram, GTX 1070 GPU, to be more specific.

A feature I'd like to see would be the ability to follow certain brands and be notified when a new item from them comes out or is coming out. For example I love Ride Japan, I almost always want the new stuff they have to offer cause the stuff they make is SOOO GOOD, but I find myself missing new items from Ride because I just wasn't active enough at looking to see what was new.

Something sorta-related you could do is a way to follow reviewers, maybe making their reviews highlighted or even be notified when a reviewer rates something as good or bad. via a email notification or probably something that would work better is a badge at the sidebar of the item page saying "A reviewer you follow has reviewed this product." and it would be a hyperlink you could click.

Another feature would be the ability to hide certain reviewers reviews entirely. There's this 1 reviewer that I would love to hide every single review from on my end so that I don't get an inaccurate rating. I had a friend make me a browser extension for this very thing, however the extension has broken with age and was never a perfect solution.

So there you go 3 or 2 and a half features I'd love to see added to ToyDemon.

1. I think one feature I'd like is filtering products by a custom price range. Currently you can only filter products within a predetermined price range.
2. Although I don't currently use it, I think having the product size be more specific would be useful as well.

One nitpicky comment is that the MASTURBATOR dropdown in your navbar has the subgroups in separate columns. I think this makes it annoying because it's different from your other dropdowns and the space between the subgroups is huge.

In your other dropdowns they are in separate rows.

Feature: Same as my last suggestion, I'd find it extremely helpful if products had separate ratings for dick sizes. For example people who are well endowed might rate the Venus Real a 5/5 and praise it to high heaven, whereas people who are on the smaller side (myself) might not get the same experience and rate it 2/5.
You can break it down into 3 groups Small (1"-4") Average (5"-7") Large (8"+)

This sort of rating system would help people find the perfect fit for their size.

I think making the coupons a little nicer to add would be nice. Like instead of typing the code you press the picture and it adds the code to your cart for you.

@**ToyDemon** I use this site exclusively on desktop. One feature I think would be nice is a preview feature while browsing products. Rather than opening a new tab, there could be a "preview" button that brings up the images on an overlay so customers can take a quick look at the product without leaving the page and can quickly resume scrolling through the list of items.
I also mentioned this in a past thread but including the name of the product in Japanese in the details is also immensely helpful so I can look up reviews for it if English ones do not exist. That way I don't have to scan the box and type it myself.

I think being able to follow a single brand or series of toy would be neat. I also believe all websites should give users the ability to delete the content they post, including their account. That is a feature this site is missing.

Also: there is an issue with Safari where returning from product detail page to search page will cause it to be frozen.

As a new user and a developer, I think the site could use a pass for design consistency (typography, padding, alignment, etc.). It's usable but it does feel a bit all over the place and cleaning it up could give newcomers a better first impression. I'm on web - not sure if mobile looks different.

My greatest time sink when browsing the site is needing to open multiple tabs in order to see what the interior patterns of the sleeves are. The additional thumbnails of each sleeve is something I always want to check in order to see if it has specific aspects that I want, such as a winding tunnel or type of interior texture. Hence I spent a lot of unnecessary time opening tabs to briefly look at the thumbnails, often immediately closing when I see it is not what I want.

Therefore, I would like to ask if it could be possible to implement a thumbnail preview feature upon hovering the user's cursor over a specific product? Some products have a lot of additional images, hence it could first display one or 2 additional images in the thumbnail, and the user can then move the cursor within the new preview window and manually click or scroll through the additional images without the need to open a new tab and waiting for it to load.

One feature I'd like to see on ToyDemon's reviews and search features are search tags for things. If something has a specific fetish in mind, it might be easier to find without sifting through all the other products of that type. You could always gather popular tags from reviews and attach them to products for further categorizing. Yes, there already are categores for genres but "anime" and "JAV" are very broad terms.

I think a good feature would be some kind of meter to show softness and durability of a product from your professional point of view. It's hard to determine these by reading other peoples reviews that sometimes skew towards a more biased way of thinking.

I sometimes have to check out other sites that review these from a nonbiased professional view, to someone who might be a first time buyer. Nobody likes to have veer off from the site they are on, to check another site for a review of a product both sites have. Makes me feel dirty and like I'm cheating lol, at least the other isn't based in the US so no buying from them.

So when I bought my first ona I unknowingly bought the wrong size. I know there are exterior measurements but can there be interior measurements as well? it is sometimes hard to tell from the pictures provided by the manufacturer.

@**ToyDemon**  Everything seems good for now lol. Maybe at the checkout section the customer is ask what coupon you would like to add, instead of copying and pasting the code? Not in cart but specifically when you select the checkout button.

@**ToyDemon** Not sure if it's on the site but when it comes to the preview of items perhaps a short clip or a image showing a 360 view of a product. This way one gets a better idea of how big a product is before purchasing.

@**ToyDemon** In the manufacturing process all items are inspected to make sure they meet all of the process controls. One control, that I'm sure all manufactures use is the Shore durometer scale. Simply put, the softness or hardness of the rubber. I'm sure all or most use this process, but not one manufacture tells you what it is. TD's Tomax line is as good as I've seen, but even they do not tell you the hardness of the rubber, hard, regular, soft...... I contacted TD a while ago to see, if they had a sample I could buy to see the different rubber hardness and I was told they do not offer such a thing. Anybody who sells rubber or vinyl for the fetish market place, offers a sample of color, thickness and softness, also known as Shore durometer, because they know we know. Some people out there don't care what the rubber hardness is, but some do. This already known manufacturing spec helps people make an informed decision and that's all we want.

I know the site has a section that shows what other customers have been looking at when you're on a product page, but it doesn't feel personalized enough and I see stuff that I wouldn't be interested in, or I see the same products in this section on a LOT of product pages.

Feature wise, althoughib know customers can do video review of product purchases, but video reviews of product from you guys would be great, especially for ona hole, breast and torso toys. A definite feature that I would like to see are translated images. Most of these images are in Japanese, and as a non Japanese speaker I’m not sure what the images say. I do have a Japanese friend who translates and window shops onaholes with me lol. So if the preview images could be translated and edited to have English text as well as the original box text, that would be great.^^

I'd REALLY like to see a redesign of the video player section. Having videos hosted on youtube kinda works, But i find the video section kinda janky. Sometimes youtube blocks the videos. I'd like to see more videos showcasing products in detail. If i find a product that i have interest in that doesnt have a video, I have to 3rd party google search for more details or rely on the pictures/reviews.


Also.. I'll always continue to ask for a smell/used fetish section. Anime smell fetish sprays are my most requested items i'd like to see on this site.

@**ToyDemon** Honestly, the site is pretty good as it is. While not features per se, there are two things that imo would make it better: Direct payment through card as opposed to PayPal (I read your FAQ, so I understand this is probably impossible, but I did still want to voice it is a minor annoyance), or increase the scale of the checkout button with resolution of display. I have a 4k monitor, and it took me about 2 or 3 minutes to find out where to checkout (minor inconvenience). It just didn't really pop out at me (It's also white and blends into the background until you put something on your cart), but it's not a problem once you know where it is.

Bonus points: I only now just realized there was a coupon system. It would be nice for newer users to be notified that they could have applied a coupon at checkout if they were eligible but didn't. I could have gotten free shipping for one order and a free dry stick on another had I been more privy to it. It also took me a while to figure out where to apply the coupon (you can only apply a coupon to your purchase before you hit checkout; afterwards, there is no field to enter the coupon code.)

@**ToyDemon** i dont know if this is a feature, but i think discreet practice and expert advice from some of the people who use these. like just a little tab on the top of the website that helps people do things if they live in a 'group' situation like roommates or something. a example of this is i replied to a forum post about someone who had a hard time cleaning his hip because of roommates and gave advice. having something like that would definitely help people who wont have to wait for hours trying to figure it out. maybe some quick tips and tricks or something. I mostly only come here on computer, specifically a windows not mac.

I agree with the previous suggestions about having a system to rank toys by softness, stimulation, realism.
Just look at what Fleshlight has done with their companion site, FleshAssist.com.
Fleshlight doesn't implicity state that they run FleshAssist, but I think that it is pretty obvious that they do, as the newer fleshlights always seem to end up at the top of their charts, despite having very few if any reviews that would put them at the top of the charts.
I would also like to see more a accurate review ratings so that the starred reviews more accurately match up with the actual review ranking. For instance, a toy may have a 4.3 score, but somehow seems to have 5 stars- not 4.5 stars. More often than not, averaging up the scores of the toys means that there are a lot of "5 star" toys that are really in the low 4s.

EDIT: No idea as to why my post was downvoted, but my point still stands. I believe that the review section would greatly benefit from having a standardized review format. We all have seen how some users put forth a great deal of time and effort into their reviews, whereas other users seem to put forth minimal effort- and it shows!

Therefore, I would humbly propose that ToyDemon adopt a similiar standardized reviewing format that would allow for users to submit a (wordless) review for a toy by awarding 1-5 stars based upon a number of characteristics. For example, just as the FleshAssist website allows for users to rate (Fleshlight) toys 1-5 stars for 12 different characteristics, such as ""Intensity", "Stimulation", "Tightness", "Suction", "Realism", "Smoothness", "Orgasm Rating" as well as "Lube Use", "Cleanup" and "Dry Time". The combined scores for the number of stars in each of the 12 different characteristics are then averaged to allow for both the reviewer's final score for the toy, as well as a combined average score from all reviewers for each of a toy's individual characteristics.
This way, each toy can be compared to other toys based upon not just their final scores, but based upon their individual scoring for each of these individual characteristics.

So whereas one toy may not have as high final combined score as another toy, it may score very well with regards to a certain characteristic such as "Realism". In theory if such a standardized review format were to be applied to ToyDemon, this would allow users to search for a toy based upon not just upon its final score, but upon an individual characteristic as well.
Due to the dynamic nature of reviews, this would further allow for a user's toy rankings to be compiled in real time so that anyone would be able to see another user's favorite toys. For instance, if I were to see that a particular user had submitted a high score for a certain toy that I also found in high regard, then I would be able to lookup and see the rankings for all of the toys that this user had reviewed.

By using a standardized system to review individual toys, this would further allow ToyDemon to post not just a toy's overall combined score, but also a toy's overall rank. This could be used to great effect by ToyDemon as a means to further promote not just the overall ranking of those toy's that are currently featured on the website, but those toys that are currently in stock as opposed to the overall toy rankings that could include those toy's that are currently sold out, and those that are no sadly no longer available.

In addition to the simple, straightforward standardized review format featured on the FleshAssist website, there is also a space provided to allow for users to submit an actual worded review as well, similiar to the reviews currently found on ToyDemon's website.

Furthermore, it would be greatly appreciated if ToyDemon could either verify or identify those reviews based upon those toys that were actually purchased from ToyDemon. As it currently sits on the ToyDemon website, there is no identifiable difference between the reviews made from verified purchases from ToyDemon and those made by users from "other sources". Given the lengths that ToyDemon goes to provide 100% legitimate toys to its customers it would only make sense that ToyDemon would want to differentiate those reviews that are based upon verified purchases from those reviews that are based upon purchases from unknown sources. While this may seem unfair (especially to those users who have left numerous unverified reviews on the ToyDemon website), given the numerous accounts of counterfeit goods (including sex toys!) being sold through other sellers and retailers online, this really seems to be the only sensible option as a means for ToyDemon to protect its customers from receiving information from unverified reviews just as it strives to protect its customers from receiving counterfeit toys.

@wanderingmidget We do have a request system, which is our special order form. You fill out what it is and we'll contact our vendors to see if it's still available for purchase. We will then quote you a total all in price (delivered to you). And if you're interested, you'll get a special link to purchase and when it comes in it'll get shipped to you. Only thing we can't promise is the ETA as it needs to match with our other shipments. But if you're lucky you can get it pretty fast.

Here's what I posted in a different topic asking about special orders:

1. Fill out the form.
2a. We will then see if it's available from the manufacturers' website we often order from (NPG, A-One, ToysHeart, MagicEyes, EXE and etc) and if cost is already available on their site.
2b. If above doesn't pan out, we will contact the manufacturers above if they can get it for us and the cost if so.
3. We will respond back to you and let you know an ALL IN price. Meaning we will order it, get it to us, and ship it out to you. No more additional fees.
4. Since we order at least weekly from Japan through Air Freight (depending on the vendor), your special order item will get shipped along with them at a much lower cost than if you were to just order it from Japan individually.
5. We receive it and will ship it to you.

Note that point 2 through 4 really depends on how easy it is to get the product and how soon the manufacturer can get it for us. If you get lucky and everything fits smoothly, you can get your special order within a couple of weeks, if not, it could take way longer. Think of it as you driving to work and hitting all green lights and is able to get to work 5-10 mins faster vs. hitting all red lights. It really just depends and we can't give you the exact time frame. But rest assured that if we are not able to get it, we will provide you with a full refund.

This is just an addition to JTGGMNT's suggestion, but if a more in-depth rating system is implemented, we can sort/search onaholes by those same ratings (for example: being able to sort the "tightness, sensation, durability, firmness, visual aesthetics, ease of cleaning" whenever I search for onaholes --> can be further filtered by brands, price, etc.)

@**ToyDemon**  A small suggestion for me is probably softness and Intensity info on onas would be great, or have a translated pic of the circle/star rating of the box info usually in toysheart and other similar companies if shown, not everyone is blessed knowing jap and the tiny bits of info might help.

The only thing I'd like to see would be a tagging system. It would just be a more convenient way to find similar toys. Like on the bottom of the page for the item it would have tags like "onahole, oral" or "hips, vaginal, anal." The categories as they are are certainly helpful, but if you're specifically looking for oral toys, you just have to hope the search gives you everything

Sometimes when I look at a product and trying to make a decision the pictures included did not show much detail.
For example, bigger toys like torso/hips. Things like size comparison, texture, positions you can do with it, etc.
I did see otonaJP posted videos on Twitter for box opening and take out the products for better visualization and display.
It might be better if you lube a dildo and penetrate the toy for better visualization of how strong the suction, visualization of the toy. This could be even more useful for products that have zero reviews.

I think the community discussion could use more work.
I know there are rewards for people to post reviews when they purchase something but it could be better if you offer bonus point for high-quality reviews such as recorded videos and much detailed pictures of the products.
To make the community more active, it would be better to add a punch card mechanism. For example, sign in every day for the whole month to get a special coupon for a discount, etc.

I use my laptop for browsing the website and something phone to check the new items. I like the design of the website. It is much user friendly when compared with many other adult toy website.

This could be done by allowing users to follow other users (and maybe their new reviews appear somewhere on the user's homepage), or recommendations appearing on the homepage based on the user's previous purchases, or maybe even users being allowed to fill out an optional questionnaire with questions like dick size, preference for high-stim or low-stim holes, etc., and holes with those qualifications appear on the homepage.

I use my computer the majority of the time (and I'm using it now). The only time I occasionally use my phone is to quickly browse the community forums.

One feature I notice this website doesn't have is video demos for breast toys. OtonaJP's twitter account does these and I find them very informative as you really need to see them in motion to know what you're getting into. I've never had a hip toy before, but seeing videos of the Akari's Buttocks on their twitter made me really want it, so I imagine it's also important for butts.

I've seen Discord grow many communities, and can't help but think that having a community chat would allow for users to publicly discuss products and questions in a much faster manner. TD would also be able to roll out avatars/badges for chat profiles based on your rewards tier. Growing the community this way would build the TD brand - as far as I can tell, no other sex toy site has a chat option for its users.

Sometimes I like to go back and see my past orders for the sake of comparing with something new I'm eyeing, or even just so I can go back and leave a review for. Recent changes have been great to like being able to look up a user's reviews by the person etc. In terms of anything new.. I'll second the option for a mouse hover/pop up. I'll bring up again more videos/unboxing/user looks at the items if possible - always helpful for the products- especially the higher ticket larger scaled ones like hips/torso/breasts etc.

The website is great and easy to use in my opinion, thank you guys for the hard work. On a PC, the 1 feature I would like to see on the site is being able to see the next or previous image of an item by pressing the left and right arrow on the keyboard. For example, on a product page, when you hover your mouse over an image preview, a left and right arrow will show up, and you can click the arrow to see the next or previous images of the product. If there was a way to check the images by using the keyboard, I think that would be a good feature that I always wished would be possible

One feature I'd like to see is more extensive options to help sort through wish lists. From what I've seen from being on my wish list is that it's kind of cluttered, and I have toys I've already purchased still on there just in case I'd like to buy it again, or things like that. It would be nice to be able to sort the wish list, by price or by already purchased, or just a custom sort, like being able to easily move items from the bottom of the list to the top. I've been on here for a couple months and I don't see anything like that, and its kind of annoying having to remove an item and then re-add it to put it at the top. So more customization of the wish lists would be nice.

I think the most helpful feature for me would be something that lets users/reviewers opt into sharing what toys they have experience with. A review which states that e.g. The Mouth of Truth is unequivocally the best oral toy based on its reputation or it being the only oral toy they have experience with is much less useful than one from a user who has tried a variety of options. In general site functionality is fine for me, its just finding reviews/opinions on the more expensive and less popular options that is tricky.

I've been doing good navigating on the website so far. Can't really think of a major feature to request. Though I do have a very minor one: switching between metric and imperial system. Being born outside of the US, I grew up with the metric system. Therefore, it'd be nice to switch and/or even have the 2 systems side by side for references instead of opening another page to convert the whole thing.
I must be the only one with that issue so that's why I'm saying it's a minor feature I'd like to see. Not too much of a big deal.

Other than that I think everything else really about this website is near perfect.

I would definitely like to see the item weight in the description of products. More videos displaying your products is also highly requested. Being able to see an onahole handled and stretched tells us a lot more about the material than photos ever can. It's certainly helped me make purchases in the past. I'm definitely more likely to buy an onahole I can see in video than one I cannot.

A minor suggestion to have the main menu items expanded somewhat. They are very general, and the menus look pretty empty in my opinion. It basically takes a few extra clicks to get to some more common categories of products. This should make navigating a little easier.

I joined this website relatively recently after getting curious about onaholes and I can say that the experience I've had with getting into onaholes has been a good one. In the last giveaway forum I said that a feature I'd like to see would be something like a review page with reviews of classic onaholes. I'd like to simplify this by saying that I think the website could use a stock general recommendation page for onaholes. Sure, newcomers can look at the amount of reviews a product has to see if it's a classic or not, but I feel like there could be a page that has the most well-known and purchased items for recommendation and something like a short summary explaining why the product is so widely-regarded. I use my Computer Only for viewing the website because I find it easier to view things on a big screen. Thanks again!

I often see something I like and have to click and scroll all the way down to see what the tunnel depth is in the description or in a picture, if the information is even available. It can be a bit tedious being on the longer side and having a lot of toys be too small.

I'd love to see some sort of user-defined tag system for products, and the ability to search by tags, so for example an onahole could be tagged with things like "hard" or "soft", "uterus", "dual texture", and so on. Product details are great, but user experience often matters more than manufacturer fact sheets, so it would be fun to be able to find products based off tags similar to how image boorus work.

A tips and tricks section like a forum there are so many nuances to using onaholes that most users dont seem to know about.
For example using a water dropper to revive your lube or how some lubes work better with some toys.
You could recommend what type of lube works best with a toy in the description you could have a chart saying (thick or thin, tacky or slick) you could do this for lubes too. Hands free is another great example we gotta spread the word about that and how a lot of the rules change the lube needs to be revived more often and your precum can start to ruin the slickness of the lube and make it foam up ruining the feel.
Cleaning too while this is more well known you shouldn't use regular soap or turn your toys inside out.
