If you are intimidated by the box art then you can simply throw it away after taking out the toy.
If you are intimidated by the penis/testicles then just remove it like the other reviewer.

Mini-torso with only vaginal simulation are abundant but mini-torso with only anal simulation are quite rare which made me really interested in buying this toy. Also the possibility of previewing the material of "Puni Ana DX Kiwami" for a cheaper price is quite a enticing deal.

The boxing of the item was huge compared to the actual toy size but I would assume that was purposely done to prevent the penis from being damaged. The box was of solid quality and shouldn't fall apart easily. Box aesthetics we're impressive with the shiny foil background and raised lettering.
The toy was enclosed in hard plastic box (huge) with a removable lid. Furthermore bagged in a sealed thin plastic bag.

The lube dried out quicker than expected and I re-applied 2 times. However, I did not initially pour the entire packet since usually that is too much and instead apply as needed.

The toy wasn't heavily coated with powder and could be used right out of the box if you prefered. No pugnant smell out of the box.
Quality control was on point and didn't notice any defects or shipping damage.
The toy is sized well enough for one or two hand use.
The toy's weight is enough to add sensation variation when letting gravity do the down motion for you.
The cheeks themselves aren't too bouncy like a full sized hip, example. "Extreme Pleasure Hip Third Generation" but the whole toy will bounce itself a bit when the downforce is just gravity, enough for some sensation variation.

The penis was soft to touch but actually quite stiff/hard if you were to pinch or stroke it. It won't fold on itself as if it was due to it's weight (sturdy). The surrounding interior area at the base of the penis was a bit hard(surface was still soft to touch), I believe this was done in order to increase durability of the penis if it we're to rapidly move around.
The testicles(soft to touch) we're static and solid, playing with them is not really possible.

I haven't ordered the "Puni Ana DX Kiwami" yet so I can't compare them.
However I do notice they use similar imagery to present how flexible the material is. I'll reply to this post when I try out the "Puni Ana DX Kiwami" to share my comparisons.

This is what I personally felt, experience may vary:

The surrounding exterior material of the hole was definitely flexible, which added variation to the sensation of the inner hole when groping/spreading the cheeks with either one hand or two hands and depending on strength and direction each added a different sensation. No indentions we're left behind on the surface from being rough with the groping. The penis doesn't interfere with the balance when performing different positions. It's also not exactly floppy but it does have some motion depending on your position.

I personally disagree with the other reviewer's statement about the inner tunnel being really loose. My standard for a inner tunnel being really loose would be the inner tunnel from "Proportion"

The inner tunnel was a good fit for me, for a anal hole I expected it to be slightly tighter but it was not too much of issue since it felt like a slightly above average vaginal tightness and no struggle to get in. The bumps/texture we're noticeble especially the second one on the x-ray image. I would recommend thin lube to really feel all the texture.

Keep in mind, the shipping package and item box will be a bit larger than the toy sizing listed (8.27 x 5.91 x 4.33 in)

In my case with the "Otokonoko DX" and a "ToyDemon Dry Stick" the dimensions of the package was 14x10x9 in.

What attracted me to buy this was the exterior design since it has breasts and clothing outlines
The box quality is average but the packaging is lacking. The toy is enveloped in a plastic bag. I would have liked to have a plastic case to encase it as well.
Durability has been good so far(6+ uses) Surprisingly the entrance hasn't ripped despite it being small. Material is forgiving if isn't cleaned properly or coated after every use.
The exterior lining and breasts are a nice gimmick which added to the aesthetic of the product.
The entrance is small and not that appealing but it didn't take away from the pleasure.
The tunnel texture is probably one of my favorites since it felt like a soft hug/embrace. This didn't take away from the stimulation but instead add to it since it was pleasant. Squeezing out air isn't necessary to create a suction feeling since it will be come naturally with movement. Feeling the suction as you exit is a great gripping feeling. Pair it with the sexy lips and your in for a good time.
I don't prefer the feeling of teeth but you can always remove them to meet your preference.

Although, it didn't go smoothly for me, I believe it can for others with lower specifications.
The entry wasn't difficult but a realistic entrance could have solved my experience of being pushed out with every stroke.

The unique gimmick of it having a thin membrane by the entrance to simulate taking a virgin experience should be the main reason for buying this toy.
The thin membrane isn't easy to break so harden up and put some effort.
It was interesting experience, felt like I was ripping the toy(duh) but that's a sensation you normally don't want to experience during usage so it felt odd.
I suggest you watch some vanilla hentai and use it during the heroine 1st time for maximum enjoyment.
The tunnel had a average stimulation with the only notable sensation was toward the end. No problems finishing, just took a bit longer than usual.
