Toy Demon has introduced me to a world I really hadn’t discovered till only a few years ago. The experiences with these toys have made me feel things that I’ve never felt before even when having actual sex. Sometimes, some of them feel even better than the real thing.
The site does a good job at creating and maintaining their customer base. I keep coming back for more because I’m lowkey addicted to the products they release periodically. The promos, rewards, community, etc.. that’s just icing on the cake. But I want to know why the rest of you like/dislike this site. What makes you coming back for more? What makes you go, “Man, I really love Toy Demon”

[What I Like]
1) Small community with real reviews.
2) Amazing business etiquette. If there's ever a problem or a small issue they will help or explain how things work.
3) Competitive pricing for the most part (excluding TENGA I can get somewhere else $5-10 cheaper)
4) Quite a large inventory for a domestic merchant. All the other sites have a tenth of the products and have different products than what ToyDemon sells.
5) FLASH SALES! Seriously these are great. I try new toys I'd never think about since I pass over them browsing the 100s of other products.
6) Business ethics, example: ToyDemon ate up all the tariff cost and decided NOT to pass it onto the buyers. A lot of companies did this but you see the price increases at the big stores within the year. As for TD - Not a single price increase other than manufacturer price increases, which they don't really have any buying power to adjust that anyway.
I haven't even used my points this year yet because of that. I will at some point, but I'll support a business back if they aren't greedy.
[What I Dislike]
1) $150 and $200 coupons. I'd be spending more if they actually had decent items. Most of the time they're the absolute trash of what they have and just want them gone. Just not worth it for me. I really wish they would have more $125-$200 coupons for lube or more non-onahole stuff instead.
2) Using points. I want to use my points as a custom/specific amount instead of eating the entire purchase price.
3) No product requests/Discontinued items. There's tons of products that I'm interested in, that overseas retailers have, but no way to officially request ToyDemon to procure. Same for their "discontinued" items (Not Manufacturer Discontinued). PLEASE BRING BACK "WORLD CRAFT" BRAND TOYS!!!
4) Site navigation for information on sales or user content isn't as user friendly as I'd like. For example: blog is kept separate from community. Which is fine, as it is standalone, but there should be like a homepage in the "community" tab for the different topics/areas you want to navigate to.
5) Onahole Poll. I get what they want it to be... but this goes back to my complaint in #3.
6) Avatar creation. Yeah, kinda nitpicky or whatever, but I really don't like my background lol. Would be nice to change that and have more avatar options to pick.

@Swushi Thanks for sharing! I was amazed at reading your response because a lot of what you mentioned completely went over my head.
I do agree with some of the dislikes. Such as being able to control how much of your reward points go into a specific purchase. To be honest, I never even thought about that. Great idea. Just not sure if they’ll ever implement it in the future.
The onahole poll / recommendation section also could be a bit better. I’ve had to order other Toys from another seller because I don’t see toydemon carrying them anytime soon. But I do also appreciate the tariff situation and how they are handling their business during this time.
Their selection is THE best when it comes to an American business of this nature. Especially when they have partnerships with brands like Tomax.
