As someone with average girth/length, the hole is already quite tight, so I wouldn't really recommend this to those on the larger end. While it has a good weight to it while maintaining the softness, it still feels a little restricting inside and thus affected the enjoyment.
The material itself and its heftiness is nice, but the inside appears to be a bit fragile as a piece or two near the entrance got teared off just after a few uses.

Make no mistake, this is for specifically tip stimulation as per its gimmick shows. I can see how people who did not want that to be 80% of the product rate this as a 4 or even a 3. For what it's worth however, as someone who usually goes for fast, stimulation sessions and prefer soft materials, this works wonders. The horn firmness is akin to really soft rubber so it might not be as hard or limp as you'd imagine. The entrance is alright as well, but the area between those two areas can be lacking for those that want service on the entire member.

The design is appealing, which helps visually. Not much complaint aside from perhaps not a lot of stimulation near the tip as an average size. This toy has a decent weight to it and is firm, which means you may require both hands to stabilize it for the best experience. Regarding cleaning, I saw quite a few reviews finding it bothersome but I personally did not find it particularly difficult, though I can see how the interior could pose issues for those who prefer drying with sticks.

I bought this on a whim when everything else on my wish list was out of stock and am positively surprised now that it's been my main toy for months. This has a comparatively small size, which also was something I've been looking for. The design is simple but works wonder with providing constant pleasure; the entrance feels really nice as well due to hitting the four spiral tips in the beginning. With the size and design, you know what you're getting and how to move it easily without needing some directional adjustments some other sleeves might need.
Distortion also comes with a small bottle of lube that I'd describe as a slightly more watery onatsuyu.

As a Tenga egg, it's obviously not a long-stay toy. This is marketed as, and fills its purpose as a simple, easy-to-use/carry toy. This is good for some reuses and does feel pretty good, but it won't beat your other toys at home. My only complaint is the design's three main bumps that can at times feel uneven and thus off.
