@**ToyDemon** I feel with onaholes you have to experiment to find your favorite "flavor." It personally took me awhile to find the ones that checked all the boxes on my list. My recommendation for someone delving into this world would be Ride Japan's Tenka Ikketsu. It's an all around solid toy, very accommodating on size, and at a great entry level price point.

@**ToyDemon** I would reccomend Meiki no Syoumei 05 Zhang Xiao Yu for beginners. Yes you can get a more affordable hole for an easier and cheaper point of entry that can still be very good. If on a budget there's nothing wrong with getting something cheaper. But the ZXY is widely regarded as the gold standard and will help a beginner to gauge what they are getting into, while having a good experience. Also, like another comment said, you do need to experiment to see what you like.

I think jumping into higher quality Venus reals, NPGs, etc. without having a cheap 200-ish gram onahole first warps your perspective a bit. I just went through this decision very recently. I chose the Tomax Venus Real in Soft. I was looking for something realistic feeling, not too floppy and durable. I do wonder if I should've gotten it in Very Soft but I think I made the right decision as a first time buyer. Before this I only used a Fleshlight STU almost 20 years ago that was a hassle to use.
Properly heating it up (soak in off-boil water for 10-15 mins) and using lube (Tomax Insomnia is good) makes the effort worthwhile. Otherwise you're essentially rubbing yourself with cold deli meat!

If they wants to try larger toy I recommend try macoss product luke the obscene series which is under $100 with good quality before commit for larger toy. The best value close to full size I can recommend is the summer memorial from macoss. From that point on it only matter of preference in texture and softness since I believe you can't get much value from going bigger.
