So we have been around for 15 years now and there are times that we are too DEEPLY involved to see what we are doing right or wrong if we were ToyDemon customers ourselves.
We are still trying to do our best to manage with things that are out of our control, but we are always looking to improve and stay relevant in the new internet / AI age.

I love that how ToyDemon is based in the US, so shipping cost and time is less. I also like that most products have reviews. The reviews really help on deciding what to purchase. Plus it's difficult to find reviews online for many of the products.
One thing I dislike is that ToyDemon doesn't carry every new released onahole. There are many new onaholes released that I'm interested in but ToyDemon doesn't carry it. I know there are polls for new items and it sucks when an item I like doesn't win so toy demon will not stock it.

From what I've noticed the poll is nothing more than a "we have already chosen to stock these, and they will be available for pre-order in 2 weeks" and nothing more. Onas in the $400 price range with 2 votes get brought in just the same as the $50 ones with 40 votes.

One thing I like about ToyDemon is the how easy it is to find what you need. The filters have options that make it easy to search whatever you want.
One thing I dislike is that what here are no mainstream anime themed onaholes, like how there are for the JAV ones.

1 thing I don't like as much is the how inconvenient it is to review toys you have previously bought is since in orders you can't simply click the items to review them unless you type their name in the search bar which it isn't the end of the world to do but hey it ain't that bad just a little nitpick. everything else is pretty sick

@**ToyDemon** Something I love about Toydemon is how I do not have to worry about shipping products directly from Japan. However, something I hate about Toydemon, and is something I have talked about before, is how not all of the products show how deep they are. It is nice that the vast majority of them do, but it sucks when somebody them don't.

I love that I can get some pretty great deals. Especially compared to other overseas sites. Shipping prices really kills shopping with them.
I hate that if the artwork would be considered questionable by some that TD refuses to stock that item. Even though there are no laws against the depiction on the box. I am still fine with packaging being removed but even that does not happen anymore.

i love the selection of toys and accessories, and i love how the everything is kept very up-to-date.
there’s nothing i really hate, but a nice addition to the site would be in-depth, “official” toy demon reviews (or even a sister-site that just did product reviews). onahole reviews are kinda rare and usually not very well-written, so something with the same kind of professional feeling as the rest of the site would be a great resource for customers

One thing I love about Toydemon is the low shipping costs since it is US-based. I can’t afford to order from competing sites like Otonajp because of the shipping costs, and I like to order toys one at a time rather than huge orders.
One thing I dislike about Toydemon is that the description of each toy is virtually the same. I wish there were more details about the toy and maybe even some story/fantasy behind the toy besides just “see the images for shape of toy.”

I absolutely love the user interface on ToyDemon! Compared to all the other competitive sites of the same industry, there is a lot less crowding of ads and spam which makes everything more intuitive. I feel that this is what makes ToyDemon stand out and, as i’ve said at the start, what makes me love browsing everything on the site!
One that that I dislike is that there is no clear indication for the sizes of the toys. This isn’t only limited to TD but for many other places as well because, sure there are box size indications and size indications for the external length of the toys but rarely for the internals. Would be great to have a category to sort the toys by internal size and fit!

I love the filtering on the site and the detailing of it which allows me to specify and narrow down the perfect product I'm trying to find. One thing I hate is that thered other onaholes and products om other sites that I wish were here. I only use ToyDemon so all I do is just look at it on other sites and I never order.

One thing I really love about ToyDemon is the fact that you have the ability to compare different products, it makes it really easier to make decisions when you are not really sure what to choose between multiple items.
One thing I dislike about ToyDemon is that I can’t find a way to change the currency, I don’t know if it’s a thing but I couldn’t find where to do it. So it would be nice to have a way to switch the currency so you don’t have to make the conversion yourself.

I love that the shipping is always extremely fast and they always arrive in a good state.
One thing that I dislike is that while searching, there is no search option that finds masturbators that have a mix of popularity and good reviews. When searching by top rated currently, most of the highest results only have very few reviews.

@**ToyDemon** one thing I dislike about toydemon, This is probably just me but i’ve mistakenly added my entire wishlist to my cart way more times than I’d like to admit and had to slowly (on mobile) add it back to my wishlist and delete it from my cart.

One thing I love is how often the product listing get update.
One thing I hate is that I can only delete 1 item at a time in my wish list, having to wait as it refreshes each time,

One thing I have noticed and love about this website is the wide variety. From realistic to fantasy and anime themed toys, there are enough quality goods to satisfy everyone and have actually got me interested in testing some of the more creative designs (virgin octopus and cow girl).
I have also noticed, and it is more apparent on mobile sometimes, is the website can be sluggish. Searching can take some time and so can loading the actual item clicked on. Of course this doesn't seem to be the case when I actually complain about it. The mobile website seems to run OK for me today (but I do remember it bogging down).

One thing that is dislike would be that Toydemon doesn't always list tunnel length or any measurements for some items.
Also maybe a banana for scale or something similar to the images for each item.

What's not to like? good prices, good shipping, good selection, overall solid.

That being said I do wish that some of the out-of-stock/discontinued items can come back to this site. I do find some of them availabel on other sites but here they seem to never be restocked i.e. Bakunyu Infinity Tits

One thing that has kept me coming back is the ever changing stock. I do also enjoy the user base providing good reviews and feedback. I am also glad that most if not all available product pictures are shown, where as other sites may only show a box picture.
I don't like that a lot of thumbnails don't have the product shown. I will have to open up multiple tabs on new or preorder to look at the pics when most of the time I can tell if I am interested if there was a product thumbnail. Though I do understand that a lot of people may buy because of what the box shows not the product.

I love the customer service. Every time I had an issue with an order or had questions, I have always had a quick and excellent answer sent back.
I hate how navigating the website on my phone. It lags heavily on my Samsung S20, on chrome and other browsers. Even on desktop, there are times when it would lag and I need to refresh the page often.

I love the community chat feature it’s one of the best ways to get info on anything ona related that I’ve struggled to find elsewhere
I don’t like that on a mobile browser going from looking at a store page for an ona then going back to the search results takes me back to the top of the list not a massive issue but very annoying

The customer service has so far been great, and I LOVE the free shipping. Even from halfway across the country I don't think i've waited more than a week to get my order.
But honestly, something I don't like are the product descriptions. I feel they could be more detailed.

I love the community aspect of ToyDemon -- as someone who is relatively new to the onahole experience, the substantial amount of helpful reviews has been really useful towards gauging what I'd like to get and how to approach what I'm looking at.
Although there isn't anything I strongly dislike, I wish there were a way to filter products by some combination of release date and popularity. Currently, filtering by best sellers / the highest rated seems to consistently just return tried and true products. It takes some familiarity with different offerings to know what's new + well liked versus what's been around for a while, and well-liked. I think it would be cool to be able to distinguish between these groups.

I love that Toydemon ships from within the US, and can even have my package shipped to fedex, so it's not shipped to my home in case I wont be there to accept the package, and someone else might.
I dislike that there are Onas and some other toys other sites will carry, but ToyDemon doesn't have, or it takes much longer for them to carry the product (if at all). Otherwise love

I love that there is a wide variety of different toys that are available and that it is based in the US for ease of ordering and shipping all within reasonable price ranges.
The only thing I could really hate is certain toys and new releases are sometimes not in stock but its hard to blame it on toydemon.

It's not really a dislike since I'm too new but what if you offered certain accessories that worked better than other offerings? I haven't found a single onahole warmer where someone didn't say it was cheaply made. Could TD offer their own line of quality accessories? (Cases, stands, etc.)

i love how customer centered TD is: the community page is always visible on the side and everyone can ask questions, the customer service is great, you guys are always taking feedbacks and improving, people can vote for products and enter giveaways and many other things!
but, some things are still lacking. like how there's no worldwide shipping, why's there so many country options when buying a product if not every country is allowed to ship to? and why is it? it's really hard to ship to south america, and there's no other stores in south america, so TD is the most trusty one to me.

One thing that I do not like about ToyDemon is that there is less variety compared to some other sites. I wish there were more exotic onaholes on this site, since many of the holes here can look samey or uninspired. Or maybe i am just a masochist when it comes to ona internals.

If I had to choose just one thing that I love about ToyDemon, it's that it's the number one choice for adult toys in the US. That is really saying something as the US is huge and it's not easy to cover all of the states while keeping a good stock of things. They definitely deserve high praise for what they've accomplished so far.
As for one thing that I hate, it might be that they don't have a bigger range of other kinds of products aside from adult toys. An example of things that would be nice to see them have would be erotic anime figurines. I know there's definitely a market for it so it's not outside the realm of possibility for them to get in the future. In any case, I look forward to seeing how this place will grow moving forward and I'm glad that I found it.

@**ToyDemon** I love the accessibility to all these cool toys without jumping through hoops for customs and the ridiculous shipping cost getting them from Japan. Variety is also a plus. I’ve found other onaholes or tenga products in other online stores, but they never compare to what TD has.

I love the user friendly-ness of the site. Being new to buying toys, it is nice to see articles on how to choose, clean, and maintain Onaholes, and the product comparison tool is especially useful for making decisions.

Next for me personally is having a dedicated page for cleaning and maintaining the toys. I just got into this and having a store that provides that information up front really helped in making a decision to buy something, and it being from Toy Demon.
Downsides: I'm still new to this but I really haven't come across anything that would be negative. The prices might be high for some items but I know that they're coming from Japan and some are incredibly large in scale.
Overall great site and item selection for someone just getting into this.

The thing I love the most about ToyDemon has to be that you are located in the good old USA. Low shipping costs and fast shipping times are amazing.
But the one thing I dislike is that we don't have as many options as other places. Obviously it's not as easy to have everything in stock or available and to have every single product from Japan when you need to have it shipped from Japan first but that is to be expected from a US based website.

The website is so well designed (aesthetically and technically) and perfectly organized. Staff are very helpful and professional as well. One thing I hate is why sell condoms that are silicone-based? I can see why it may be a problem if someone just exploded out reviews in one day in an attempt to get a free toy without a care about a genuine review. But there are things I only discover about certain toys until after a few uses and often more than a couple weeks after my purchase. I wish to share my developed opinion about the toys and post a rating but the website grays out the review option despite having the green check. There are some toys that really have a "growing period" as the get used becoming better. Then there are some onaholes that are great for a couple weeks before completely falling apart.

I hate how high the cutoff for free shipping is since for personal reasons I'd normally only purchase one low-mid range cost item at a time. I understand it, and I don't really fault you at all for it--like I think you're being fair and not trying to stiff anyone on shipping. But if I have to name one thing I hate, that's probably it.

Maybe this can be solved by manually measuring how long the hole is by either testing onaholes that you guys receive, or by letting trusted customers measure it for Toydemon.

On to the questions, things I love: massive selection, great prices, and quick shipping. Its rare that something I am interested in isn't on TD, and while the price might be higher than at a Japanese storefront when shipping to the US is included it would never be worth ordering from abroad.
The only thing I dislike is it seems like you have a somewhat limited inventory. On the other hand, the one thing I "hate" about ToyDemon is that the poll to vote for more items is weekly which irks me as I like having new options all the time but I know that isn't their fault.

@**ToyDemon** What I love about toydemon is the easily readable interface and the wide selection of products to choose from. There isn't another onahole store that is anywhere near as good as Toydemon.
It's hard to pick something to hate about Toydemon but if I had to choose I would say that there are occasionally times where it's hard to get a good idea of what the products look like from certain angles and so I have to search elsewhere to find better example photos.

One thing I dislike is lot of items are often out of stock, so in order to place an order, I have to frequently wait for an item to be available, and by then another item in my cart is now out of stock. So I keep having to wait to find the ideal set of things to order to reach free shipping, etc.

The selection here is crazy. I really spend way too much time scrolling here, and there's consistently new items to look at. It's seriously a problem.
Shipping prices to Alaska are brutal, but considering I'd be paying about the same to import from elsewhere I can't really complain.

I'm a little too new to this, as I used to import through sellers that no longer exist, but I really appreciate the overall layout of the site. I love that everything is pretty clear and I never find myself asking questions. Also your US inventory is leagues better than anything else I've seen.
On the offhand, I don't know if I HATE this, but byfar the worst thing to me is the mobile experience. It's very unresponsive and cluttered when your device doesn't have a large display.

I don't like being able to stack coupons. A lot of my orders are over $75 and under $125, so I can only use the code for free shipping or discount events like this most recent Memorial sale.

Although im not sure how to explain it, I love that Toy Demom feels (and is) like a legit website. The websites design is much better than others such as OtanaJP or Mutsuyo toys. The design is cleaner and more modern looking without ads flying at you 24/7.
Although this isn't a huge problem when considering Toy Demon has (what I can tell) the best selection of onas in the U.S., I am a little envious of the even vaster variety offered by otanajp and other Japanese based websites. But I'm sure import costs are killer.

@**ToyDemon** I like the giveaway feature of toy demon, along with showing new onaholes, and talking about their features like extra layers etc. But one thing don't like about toydemon is the search/filtering. For example: A lot of oral sextoys don't come up as oral sextoys, or if you search up something like "cow girl" it'll show 74, but when you type "cowgirl" shows 1. Its like that for a lot of other searches, just a labling issue I think.

I really appreciate the variety from onaholes, double holes, blowjobs, boobs, and more! I want to be a long-term customer, and I appreciate the products the store has!
One thing I HATE about ToyDemon:
- I would say, from experience, not being able to "undo" the deletion of a wish list group. I accidentally did this a while back when it had a lot of very specific toys that I wanted to look into, but I accidentally clicked the delete button instead of another option. Everything got deleted, about 20+ toys and I had to either recall from memory, or go hunting for equivalents or replacements. Otherwise, I do enjoy this site!
