It is just a 2 in 1 cock ring. The hole size and material is good but the biggest issue is that the ring is pretty thick. Great for durability but it can interfere when using with onaholes or other sexual purposes due to the thickness of the ring. I would recommend just opting for 2 normal regular cock rings. Still giving it a 4 star rating as it does what it is trying to do well.

The onahole shape is 10/10 and is great for those who love the sound of body slapping during sex.
