Wonderful and pleasant. This is my first onahole so take it with a grain of salt as nostalgia. I like softer to medium firmness onaholes. This is what i would consider as soft as im willing to go. Something like the kuu sou ultra soft is simply too soft to do anything for me.

As for the feeling, it surprisingly does feel like what i imagine fucking a meat-bun would feel like, except it is way softer and you are doing it in a dream. Cleaning is very easy, when i owned the toy i would simply turn it inside out. The internals are simple enough and short enough that im able to clean everything with my fingers. The reason i do not reccomend turning the toy inside out to clean is because it wears out the toy, causing it to become even softer and looser, eventaully causing me to throw it out simply because of how stretched out it was.

This is my go to onahole that i use. The entrance is tight, unfortunately it ripped after a few uses. The internals and the delta gimmick are what keeps me coming back though. As a warmup i like to spread lube on the three delta folds and massage my balls or the head of my penis to get hard. After you insert the toy there is an endless vareity of ways you can play with the toy. Rotating the toy to different positions feels actually different compared to more uniform onaholes. The image of the internals do not lie, it feels like each part of the toy is unique and explorable, you could rotate the toy to feel all the different part of the internals. My favorite thing to do is to rotate the toy so that the delta gimmick fondles your balls while rubbing the head of your penis, especially with a decent amount of lube it feels like someone fondling and playing with your balls, or a lubed hand juggling them like dice.

The only negatives are:
-that i wish the delta gimmick had more texture to them
-the entrance tore, so if your picking this hole for the tight entrance, it will most likely break after a few uses. Otherwise nothing else has broken on the toy, even while being as rough as i can

Note: the toy is a bit spacious near the end of the internals, where you can kinda see the profile looking a bit bulbous, so for people with girthier tips this might be the perfect onahole. For me it still feels really nice; inserting normally for a gentler longer experience, or squeeze out the air for a tighter all around ecstasy hug.

The vacuum is ok. If you want a really powerful vacuum, try searching up the mason jar vacuum trick. BIG MISTAKE.

This onahole is far too hard in my opinion, it has the firmness of a firm unrisen bread dough and melted pack of rubber bands.

You Really need a lot of lube just to use the thing.

And heres the real danger: I actually tore the precupice of my penis, which is the little strand under the glans of your penis connecting your foreskin. Needless to say, the tear took month to heal, and if you have even slightly loose foreskin, the design of the internals is going to absolutely yank your foreskin back and forth(maybe if you're into that), potentially causing a tear like it did to me. IE if you really want to buy this thing, use a ton of lube and make sure you are willing to take the risk of actually injuring yourself if you use a "normal" amount of lube.
If you still are considering this hole, here,s how it felt in my sparse uses. The onahole itself is too small, im a below average 4.5, and even for me i ran into the base of the onahole with room to spare. The feeling is almost grating because of the firmness and really needs a thick lube, which at that point dulls out the point of this thing, which is to have a very intense session.

I would reccomend the other niku-man holes if the inner design strikes your fancy.
