An interesting combination of TOMAX's softer, more subtle designs with a highly stimulating internal structure. It's not as aggressive as I was expecting from having tried other spiral ridged holes, but it is far above the Venus Real and Lilith Uterus in making you really feel what's going on inside. It's not a complicated structure, but the spiraling ridges are all you need, pushing the entire shaft inexorably towards climax at a brisk, yet measured pace.

Its got that TOMAX durability where I doubt I'll ever truly break the thing, but the Liliths are a smaller size than the Venuses and that makes them a bit floppy. The only other issue I have is that lube tends to drip/get pulled towards the entrance, so if you go too long you can find that it's suddenly no longer possible to push into the back third. This can be mostly solved by using thicker, stickier lube instead of Insomnia or something similarly watery.

All in all, it's great. Easily a match for the Venus with how well it blends high stimulation textures with a gentle, soft composition. It's simple and it just works.

This hole is exactly what it looks like: six uterus gimmicks in a row. Well, actually it's more like five since the little nub at the end can't really be counted. In any case, they do what you'd expect them to and, while there is some variation to each one, they are stimulate you in pretty much the same way. The main difference between this and other multi-uterus holes is that there are so many in such a short space that you can experience this one gimmick over your whole dick at once in exchange for not having anything else. What you get from that is a hole geared towards big, penetrating movements where you go through one after another instead of smaller ones where you massage the shaft or poke the head through.

You get a nice and tight squeeze on each ring, which gives more focused stimulation than a hole that's tight throughout, but these grip points also make it harder to slide in and out. Lube also seems to get trapped behind the ridges, especially thicker kinds, which accentuates the problem. However, this is somewhat made up for by another hallmark of uterus gimmicks: they rip easily. There's a marked decrease in squeeze after a few rounds causes the rings to tear, though the low-end nature of the hole means there's not actually much material sticking out enough to be torn, so the overall function of the hole isn't impacted too much. This also makes it a bit easier to clean than normal uterus holes.

Personally, I think this gimmick works better on larger, meatier holes that combine it with a more natural tightness and other forms of stimulation. However, this is certainly a unique experience and if you like the idea of punching through a string of uteri then there's no reason not to pick this one up. If you're not specifically looking for that, though, the Lamia 6-ball gives much better overall stimulation in the same shell for the same price, so I'd give that a try instead.

The interior seems amazing, but in practice it has a pretty narrow field of "feels good". If you can rotate it to just the point where the protrusions are focused on the good spots, it can be pretty stimulating. The rest of the time it's just an underwhelming experience you can get from any other decent hole. It's very middle-of-the-road in all aspects, from softness to tightness to sensation.

Mine arrived with a few points of damage to the outside, most notably the back is misaligned and juts out on one side a bit. This hasn't impacted performance, but it is worryingly bad QA and I feel like I'm going to rip the back clean off at some point. It's actually a bit easier to clean than you'd expect from the inside structure, but if you don't powder it constantly the outside becomes grossly sticky before you know it.

This is definitely a hole for people who like direct stimulation. The insides are very firm can feel pretty crazy when used right. Using it right entails lots of lube, preferably thin, and a rock hard erection. Anything less than that and it can't really do its work. It's not a super tight hole, the strong vacuum will suck you in more than the hole will squeeze you out by a long shot, it's just that the nubs and ridges need you pressing out against them or there's not much sensation. For this reason it's not a good choice if you want to go for an extended period of time, it wants you to go full force from the start . More importantly, the hard design means it doesn't hug you at all, so it can't reach the heights of stimulation of softer, tighter, and/or meatier holes, even if it does start you way beyond them.

The firm material and sturdy design mean it's not going to break on you any time soon and the relatively simple structure makes cleaning a breeze. Personally, I'm not a fan of the semi-transparent look, but that really comes down to taste. If you're looking to try out something hard and succy, this is definitely a good choice, but if harsh rubbing isn't exactly what you want then steer clear.

So, to start, a lot of people have mentioned taking the teeth out and I want to say this completely defeats the purpose. If you're not sure whether you want hard plastic scraping your dick on every stroke, get a different oral hole because that's what La Bocca is about. With others, the teeth were a bit jarring the first few rounds, but then I got used to them and they barely even register any more. Bocca's teeth are harder, smaller, and embedded better so they don't get pushed around and can keep the top biting you more consistently. Obviously, this isn't to everyone's liking, but it is what makes Bocca stand out.

What comes after the teeth is actually a bit lackluster. The tongue is very smooth and that section is pretty wide, so there's not a lot of sensation there. Pressing into the throat tightens things up a bit, but it's still lacking in notable textures. The very end, again, becomes mostly smooth. So it's very much a slow burn hole with two separated points of interest, the harsh teeth at the entrance and the gentle resistance of the throat in the back-middle. The big differences between the four sections keeps you from getting too used to things and helps make the build up slower as well since it's happening underneath the more sharp sensation of being bitten.

The hole does look good, with the teeth and tongue peeking out of the small mouth where they naturally should be, which also means they don't get in the way of insertion (which can be an issue with other oral holes). The giant Magic Eyes tramp stamp on the side does kind of hurt the aesthetics, though. Tongues always make drying a pain, but other than that it cleans up surprisingly easily.

If you're looking for a first oral hole, I wouldn't start here. The Unbearable Lip Doll is more stimulating, has less impactful teeth, and is significantly cheaper. If you've tried that or others and found yourself wanting teeth with more of a punch or a mouth that can keep you going longer, that's when you should consider La Bocca.
