I agree with the others that it is more stimulating than the Venus Real. If you are used to firmer textured toys like the Fleshlights or Tengas you may at first feel that this sleeve is a little loose, but I'm sure you will get used to it over time. The use of a thin lubricant is necessary if you want to feel the texture.
