@**ToyDemon** If I were to change one thing about ToyDemon, it would be to refine how item descriptions are written, especially for the temptingly discounted but less-popular, less-reviewed products, or vote-able not-even-ready-for-pre-order items for which no customers have had an opportunity to try them and submit a review.

For some of the most popular products, the descriptions can get pretty thorough. This is good! But ironically, those are also the products for which putting so much attention to their descriptions may not even be so necessary, because their popularity means there are ample reviewer writeups to give a sense of whether & why anyone would or wouldn't like that product.

For less-popular items, the writeups seem to use a somewhat inefficient template like...

For how little that description's saying, it feels like an overly long writeup. Talking about each segment independently:

- The brand history and what that brand is known for could be great, helpful info, but is something I'd rather have linked to on a separate "about this brand" area on ToyDemon's site, instead of having to read through/past it on every item description.
- The explanation of single-material/dual-material/triple-material/etc. super-common "in case you were unfamiliar with..." type sentences is something I'd rather have on a separate area (e.g. the beginner's guide) on ToyDemon's site, at least if it's going to use the same copy-pasted explanation on so many items. (Some products' descriptions include better explanations of how/why the materials are chosen/shaped the way they are; that's better).
- Thinking along similar lines as above, the phrase "Be sure to check out all the pictures above to get a complete idea..." would be better off replaced with a more product-specific description. It seems obvious that researching the photos before purchase would be wise. Yet often there are some things better communicated by written descriptions because the quality/informativeness of some of the manufacturers' marketing photos can vary quite a bit.
- The entire last sentence is just reiterating information already shown elsewhere on the product listing, so it appears completely redundant.

I understand there are enough products that maintaining each one's page for so many can be a lot of work. Overall you could say this is an ask to have product descriptions be informative & efficient, perhaps by more often linking to, rather than fully copying, brand info or common material/design explanations. Only thing I can think of is I would like it if free shipping over a price was provided without use of a code by default. I know a lot of your sales do it already without use of a code so I can use other codes for goodies but I wish it was like this by default. @**ToyDemon** The one thing I would change I could actually be wrong about since I have only seen so many products over a rather short period of time, but it does seem that many products are "on sale" all the time and that the "sale" price is actually just the regular price. Again if I'm wrong, love the sales please dont stop! but I know plenty of places do this to make things seem like a good deal but it does make sorting by "on sale" kind of irrelevant if it is this way.

@**ToyDemon** One thing id like to suggest is having all the measurements systems the same. I may have hit my head some time recently, but I've was looking at onahips and the some weights where in grams and the other was in pounds.

@**ToyDemon** I'd like some sort of rating/stars/bar graph system for the onaholes that could covers things like firmness, tightness, durability, etc. Even if it's subjective it'd be a better way to tell what you're getting out of each toy. Some toys can label themselves as a 'hard' or 'soft' version, but for those with only a single version it can be difficult to tell where on the spectrum it falls. As someone who likes toys on the medium-to-hard side, it could help me avoid softer toys and more reliably buy the kinds I like. Some toys even come with this system already printed on the box, but it's impossible to read without translating from Japanese. Having something for this would help people better find their preferences, though if possible I'd like the toys given some of those stats BEFORE someone buys and reviews it, instead of relying solely on reviewers to tell us their opinions on those stats.

@**ToyDemon** I'd add more in the descriptions category of toys, even if some were somewhat subjective (hard or soft, intensity level, average tunnel width/tightness, etc). it could also use these kinds of descriptors to recommend similar unbought products, making second purchases and beyond more enticing and even easier

There are just so many products stuck with 1 bad review that I might have bought if there were more opinions on it, but usually I don't ever see a second review come to change that bad score.

@**ToyDemon** I would try to implement a standardized softness rating for every product. While some products do have a number rating, many do not. For these products, customers have to rely on reviews and more vague descriptions which can be very hit or miss. IMO, softness is one of the most important criteria when making a purchase. A standardized softness rating for all products would be incredibly useful in making better purchases!

@**ToyDemon**  Echoing the sentiments below, I would lower the threshold on free shipping once you reach Gold status. Because at that point you've spent $500 (!!) at this store and are a repeat customer. And it provides an incentive to try and reach Gold status level.

With the current $75 free-shipping threshold, I often find it hard to fill up my cart with items I really want to add up to $75, and so I wait until I desire more items, at which point some items go out of stock, or I lose interest in items I might have previously bought.
So it's a lose-lose for ToyDemon and me both. I couldn't get the items I wanted sooner (or missed them completely as two items become discontinued) and ToyDemon lost out on sales!

One thing I would change is to have some kind of objective softness level rating. Like something testable. I don't know exactly how it would work, but somewhere along the lines of a hardness test that's performed on metals and other materials. It would have to be adjusted quite a bit for the much softer materials, but I think it's totally doable with a little bit of creativity. And I think it would help people make a decision especially if there's one that looks like it would be amazing in a certain firmness level, but you can't tell how firm or soft based on the pictures alone.

I'm new to onaholes in general, so one thing I'd love to see are categories based on what kind of experience you're looking for, such as realistic, novelty, etc. Maybe make votable tags so that others can agree or disagree with what kind of toy it is. Better descriptions with translations would be nice. Depth measurements and recommended max comfortable penis length and circumference maybe? An algorithm that gives recommendations based on favorites or personal votes as well as the reason for the recommendations.

I don't know how to differentiate between old favorites and upcoming releases on what to look for, so maybe guides and staff recommendations?

One thing I would change would be the addition of more niche items like the Hentai Anime Exclusive merchandise like Saimin Seishidou (Hypnotic Guidance) Lingerie or Lotions.

The Hypnotic Guidance Rena x Reika Dream 3P Special DX Hip is already available in stock in Toy Demon and the individual character onaholes were once sold in the store so I feel it would be interesting to see these niche products in the onahole poll and see if they get enough votes to be in stock.

@**ToyDemon** If I were in charge I'd add some more options to the filters, right now they're in a strange state where some items are categorized but most of them aren't. Ex.) Some toys have a number for softness, but majority of them don't. I also think translations for the images would be amazing like other users have suggested

@**ToyDemon** Echoing thoughts on wishing free shipping was easier to get to and without that, ending up only seriously considering buying during a sale. If there were lower limits on free shipping, it'd be more tenable to buy one or two things every so often (perhaps not even breaching the $75 limit for the code) but without that, I'm just waiting until there's a sale that makes sense for me to purchase a bunch of items at once.

A more reasonable thought: it'd be nice if products were searchable in Japanese by picking up from the description or tags. The way some are translated/named can make it difficult to find specific items unless searching thru an entire brand.

@**ToyDemon** 1 thing I would change about ToyDemon is admittedly a very niche feature that no one actually cares about, but it is important to me, is the ability to move around the order of items inside a wishlist. You should be able to move items within the wishlist without having to make more wishlists to laundry the items across and be able to sort the wishlist by price.

@**ToyDemon** To be honest, there’s not much i’d change but if there’s one thing, i’d consider adding more videos that showcase Onaholes. It would give a much better insight on how the toy look/feels.

I seen some Onaholes on this site that has these showcase videos (which helps a lot on deciding a purchase!) but it would be nice to have more Onaholes with a video showcase!

@**ToyDemon** One change I'd really like to see is stocking certain products that are difficult to find outside the USA. For example, I have come across a masturbator called the Kyo Pistol which caught my eye but they seem to only be sold on Onahole.com and Motsutoys which only ships to the USA and Europe. There's also the Ereshkigal onahip which I've heard very positive things about but once again, it seems to only be sold on Onahole.com and Motsutoys.

@**ToyDemon** I'd like to see more lotions/lubricants. There are a handful I have that are scented and it completely changes the mood for me when I pop open the bottle.

Personally, I'd choose a different shipping service. It's brutal in Alaska-- ~$15 for a single hole and upwards of $30 for anything more. Of things that are actually feasible to change, I'd add a weight filter like others have suggested-- this would include using grams instead of lbs in the details page. Imperial system doesn't really mean anything until you're at hip size or above.

@**ToyDemon** One thing I would like to change is on the product page of onaholes, they would have some sort of poll from users, category, or an indicator if the item is stimulating, tight, soft, or loose. Something more than softness indicator. The indicator like toyhearts does on some of their product boxes. That way I can sort by something stimulating or something that's more tight.

@**ToyDemon** Only 'change' I can think of would be some kind of introductory page for newcomers. Could give lists of the cheaper products as recommended starters and even give tips on how to clean and care for said products.

@**ToyDemon** I would add a selection of powders, just for completeness and convenience. Powdering is optional, and stuff like cornstarch or baby powder are more commonplace than something like a dry stick, but lots of people talk about doing it in their maintenance routine.

I think just having some in the store would be nice for beginners / first time buyers. They can pick up an onahole or two, and grab the whole set of extras (lube, dry stick, toy cleaner, powder) all in the same package.

@**ToyDemon** Overall, happy with the overall site, but one thing I tend to be doing when looking is ona's is trying to find their Japanese names from either no reviews of the ona on TD or I'm looking for more info about it. Maybe keeping the Japanese name in the description or somewhere would be nice.

@**ToyDemon** One thing that I would change, would be to have 5 star rating from soft to hard. Either from taking the info from the box or from your own testing.

It would have saved me lots of time just having a rough idea on how soft it is, instead of going through comments and hearing what people said, or going through the pictures available hoping that their own softness rating score is there.

When buying things online we can only see pictures of the products, it would be nice to see a video overview of the product. For me I would add a "release by year" filter to the filter menu, like all items added in 2023, 2020 something like that.
That way I can easily find the recently added items under each brand and don't need to dig through the whole brand's inventory to find the 'new' items after their "New" tag was removed, that will make finding recent releases more easier.
Also it might reduce the items on each page in most cases, so I don't need to click on page1 page 2 anymore.

@**ToyDemon** I might have missed this feature, since I'm relatively new user, but I would add a section in the user profile, where you could see all your bought items and your own reviews along side them. (Not as a buying history, but more like a personal database, where you could tag items and quickly find the one you want to find.)

@**ToyDemon** I'd like to see more improvement on the description section on each product. Maybe a 1to1 translation of the descriptive text on Japanese products or just a synopsis of what features the product offers.

@**ToyDemon** If I had to make a single change to ToyDemon I would diversify the product offering. I mostly come here to look at onaholes and while there are some nice paizuri toys as well, generally speaking the selection is a little basic, and there are hardly any products that cater to some more specific fetishes, or the products that do are not popular or well reviewed compared to other similar products available on other sites.

It works fine as is, but the menu to add items to your "Favorites List" isn't very easy to find (especially on mobile). Being able to add items directly from the "Favorites" tab on your profile could alleviate this issue.

@**ToyDemon**  I think one thing that might improve the shopping experience as a customer while browsing is having the release date of an item somewhere on the main listing right along with the price and rating.

When I go to See All Masturbators and I'm looking at the top 3 items sorted by Best Sellers I kind of want to know at a glance that yes, the ZXY and La Bocca Della Verita have a lot of reviews and are very highly rated, but also, they've been around 7 more years than Student President's Secret Extracurricular Class so they've had that much more time to get all of those sales and reviews. I feel like being able to see the release date at a glance is going to give a lot more streamlined context to an items popularity rather than having to open up a new tab for every item that I'm interested in.

Review tags would be given to products according to the tags which appear the most in the reviews.

By extension customers would be able to give tags in there reviews like "tight", "resitant" or "easy to clean" and other in a given list

Thanks to this it will be possible to search for articles based on their review tags but also exclude articles with an certain tags.

@**ToyDemon** Honestly the Japanese toys despite not usually being as durable (though depends on the make and model) they feel way better than the USA stuff. I haven't touched a flesh light in a decade. The only thing the US stuff to me has going for them is size. Easier to find true 1:1 sale torsos, hips etc with US sex toys but the internals are boring. Maybe there's ben some innovations there, or other types of products I haven't seen to blow me away but when I want a sex toy I always seek Japan stuff.

I only recently got into Onaholes and made my first purchase on this site last month and while it was a great experience I'm also considering buying more. While the site does have a nice selection there are some items that I'm finding through the other sites that are still readily available there that are no longer sold here. I'm into JAV model Ona's and while one in particular has a few items on here I'm only now discovering another I was interested in has like 5-6 items while this site only carries 2-3. I'm sure there are tons of logistics and other issues to figure all that out but man do I not want to risk international ordering again after some previous bad experiences but for some Onaholes of my favorite JAV stars I think I may have to and just hope for the best. ????

Maybe work with reviewers to get links to reviews posted on this site. It's hard to tell what reviews are good, from people who have had a lot more experience with purchasing and using different items versus people who may be reviewing the only item they've purchased.

@**ToyDemon**  My favorite onaholes are ones that come with posters of the JAV actress. So if I were to change one thing, it would be adding non-onahole goods. Posters, mousepads, JAV trading cards, sexy calendars, etc.

Personally, I was introduced to onaholes through anime/hentai and being able to buy more products like manga/doujins, dakimakuras (body pillow covers) or OVA DVDs would be really cool. Obviously there are places that offer these products but being able to use Toy Demon as a one stop shop would be beneficial.
I understand if it's proven difficult to obtain certain products due to the customs regulations you must go through as an authorized US seller.
I may be in the minority when it comes to these product types as you can mainly obtain digital versions but call me "old fashion" for being a fan on physical media.

For example, "Sujiman Kupa Lolinco Virgo Lolinco" shows the toy in the image, while "Time Manipulator's Atelier Onahole" does not. The change is not significant, but with the large number of products offered, it would be nice to be able to filter some without having to click on them.

@**ToyDemon** One thing I would change about the ToyDemon website is getting rid of the listings for products that aren’t sold anymore. I often find products that are discontinued, either from ToyDemon or the manufacturer of the product. I think many of those products look very good. When I find out I can’t get them, it brings a tear to my eye. I think it would be best to remove all the listings for products that ToyDemon doesn’t have and won’t be getting in the future.

@**ToyDemon** If i were in charge... i would make sure that all products have consistent good photos and descriptions across the site, because no offence guys, but many items come with photos and descriptions that just SUCK! XD Ether the photos suck, the descriptions suck or both. Also, id do my best to make sure everything has a video showing the internals at 4K so you get a gooood look!

While I'm at it, Id also add a community tagging system, similar to reddit, so that we the community, can add tags to stuff, like thick, thin or regular lube or if a toy is tight or good for bigger guys

Make clothing available for hips, breasts and torsos

Expand the electric toys section as well as include more male vibrators of all kinds

I got a few more in mind, but we'll just go with those for now.

It's good that the community rewards overhaul helps to increase the number of reviews on different toys, but if there's some way to provide a better comparison across different toys it would help a LOT for people who may have specific needs for toys. This is coming from someone who has a more sensitive member who actually finds some firmer toys painful; so knowing exactly how intense a toy is will really help narrow down the ones I enjoy and help me throw away less of the ones that don't work as well for me.

I've mentioned this previously, but improved product descriptions would be the biggest area of improvement for me. As it stands, until a product gets a good review you're flying blind with important aspects like the softness, tightness, or gimmick. Even just having the information on the box and promotional pictures in English would go a long way in gauging what you're buying and that would make it a lot easier to go shopping outside of the already popular items.

It would be nice to find actual boob sizes and oniholes that match the girl. For example, Ganyu full size pillow will allow you to buy the pillow case by itself, with the pillow, or add-ons. Then have a box of you wanted a virgin feel, beginner, or experienced as recommendation, and have a separate one that allows you to pick a custom onihole. Same will go with the boobs/ass. Ganyu originally would be a c-cup(or I thought she was), but you can have a button that allows you to change to whatever size the person wants it to be. Also, make the cover case come free with it, it would honestly raise the incentives to buy it extremely high.

Is there any possibility that we could have the change to "vote these old products back" in the pre-order area? As a customer, I am willing to make a pre-order and even wait a month for my favorites to arrive.

I don't know how the logistics of this would work out, but I think it'd be nice to have a lube sample pack. Instead of buying 13oz bottles to only use once or twice and not liking it, having an option to sample a variety might be nice.


Also, it'd be nice to have more choices of lube on Toydemon. I'd love to see something like Rends'Finish & Sleep series or some Pepees.

1. Maybe a translation of the boxes. I currently use google translate before I buy.
2. Maybe some kind of banana for scale analogy that could be unique to TD.
3. Other then that I would say more items, but its understandable that items take up space if they are not sold quickly.
