personally I still prefer the kokalo rich soft, but if you're looking for something more firm with the uterus gimmick, this is a solid option to pick from.

Definitely not too soft as an onahole.

since this is a much older product from 2017, and I knew that going in, I will give NPG a pass on the design tradeoff in terms of having the top wall super thin like this 004 fujimori.

It is a very unique form factor (the thing is triangle shaped, and that shows in the box's design language), and almost feels like a mini hip because of its triangular shape.

The color on the lips is very well done and the texture is about average for NPG designs.

The skin is a lot darker than in pictures, to me it almost looks chocolate. Quite a high quality onahole, as it matches the standard and weight of NPG's oral geki fera series (the recent ones).

If you're a fan of alternate colors on your onaholes, get this one.

first was the kuu-sou ultra soft, then the kuu sou ultra soft one point, then the kuu sou ultra soft one point gai. The Gai is closest to the One Point, in fact its almost the same except they have a harder TPE to encase the soft TPE, since the One Point flopped around like a bag of water and feels noticeably softer, the Gai tries to maintain that despite the harder TPE shell.

And when I say harder, its all relative to its own TPE, since it really isn't a very hard TPE in comparison to other onaholes, but relative to the One Point, it makes it a lot easier to hold.

TLDR: this is the original onepoint with an improved outer TPE in an effort to alleviate the "holding a bag of water" feeling

shares its form factor with the new hashimoto model, so I'm a fan! Definitely more firm than most people might be used to from NPG, so be aware of that going in.

The form factor is the best thing about this, as it almost looks more like an anal onahole rather than a regular one.
