The dual hole was almost to intense in the beginning. But unfortunately overtime the thin layer separating the two holes tore, so now it’s just one hole. Also, it’s louder than what I’m used to with single holes. The glove it comes with is great by the way!! Overall I’d give it a 4/5 if you’re on the smaller size, but if your packing it’s a VERY tight fit 3.5/5

My first ona ever and it was a blast for about 6 months. Unfortunately(or fortunately) I’m well endowed down there and I found this tunnel is too short and ended up punching a hole in it after the 6 months. That being said, this onahole will milk you for everything you own!! It’s very intense imo especially if you spin it on your shaft. I would highly recommend this for first timers and if your meat is average/below average. Bigger guys should look elsewhere
