More like a 3.5 than a 3. A bit conflicted about this one. The texture is exactly what I was looking for in an anal onahole. The onahole is ultimately let down by the material choice. The outer material is a bit harder than expected and is very sticky, one of the stickiest I've felt. This causes a good amount of friction. Using more lube helps with the inside but the tight entrance acts as a squeegee so more lube doesnt always help the issue there and just gets pushed around. Because of the tight entrance, the suction is great, sometimes overpowering. Using the onahole without squeezing all the air out makes it feel like an inflated balloon and can affect durability. My developed a thin spot at the back and eventually popped because I didnt squeeze out all the air.

I want to preface this by saying I dont have the original Bocca. I decided for the Perorin version as it claimed to have to have a narrower tunnel and softer teeth.

Overall, it feels pretty good and is one of the main onaholes in my rotation. When its fairly new, the tunnel is fairly tight and stimulating. The roof of the mouth gives an interesting sensation that makes it feel realistic. The teeth are an interesting sensation as well but do get irritating when going for longer sessions. Perhaps I'm more sensitive than most but I had to remove the top teeth to enjoy the toy more. The tongue is a nice feature. It can move side to side for some tongue play. When going all the way it, it sticks out a bit and feels like someone licking your balls. Because of this, it does get a bit messy.

Durability is good but there are issues. It was solid for over 6+ months but it started to open at the back. It seems that its not a complete one design as the end is closed with some sort of circular plug and mine is separating at the plug. I wasnt the most careful/gentle so I think if you take care of yours, there shouldnt be any problem.
