Does anyone know if there are silicone only onaholes? I'd like to incorporate some oral action into my 'me time' (as in giving the onahole a little head, or making out with it if it is a BJ onahole) as part of the fantasy, but TPE really isn't able to be sterilized so I'm pretty reluctant to do that with my existing ones.

@hardmanDWN020 If you are willing to pay the price for it, silicone sex doll heads with ROS (real oral sex) function are amazing for oral. Abit difficult to hide and if you aren't willing to maintain the wig (the wig with a nice conditioner smell adds to the overall experience). If you do go this route make sure it is ROS or else you'll get a head that doesn't open its mouth or doesn't have much of a mouth cavity, the real deal is generally around ~$500+ USD.
