I think a great topic to talk about is how we clean our toys after we finish up using them because I really struggle finding a proper way to cleaning up my toys depending what kind they are especially for breast and hip toys. @**TD**Personally, I miss the "softness" rating that used to be assigned to each product. I know some of the older products still have a "softness" rating assigned, but from what I can tell that practice stopped years ago. I realize "softness" can be somewhat subjective, but I found it a very useful indicator that I might like a potential new purchase (for me, typically the softer the better). In fact, back when all/most of the products on TD used have a value assigned to this category I used to search for new toys almost exclusively by filtering out everything but those products with a "softness" value of 8 or above.

So here's my question: Do other people also find it helpful to have a "Softness" rating assigned to every product, and if TD would consider fully implementing something like this again, how could the relatively subjective idea of "softness" be quantified in a way that would be the most helpful to the diverse tastes represented on this site?

Sorry to answer my own question - but here are some examples of what I mean. "Softness" could be something the community helps define by specifically asking for a softness rating (on a scale of 1-10, let's say) when submitting reviews, or allowing community members to vote on a rating. I'm sure there are many ways this could be done in a way that makes it relevant to most people . Or perhaps it could be defined by comparison, where TD lists a selection of the most popular toys and an assigned softness value to help define what the ratings might actually mean and where on the "softness continuum" a new product might fall. I know what a rating of 8 or 9 used to mean, but many who have not "sampled" TD's products so extensively might not. So having a point of comparison might be helpful. Thanks for the soapbox!
