Let this review be a fair warning in what I think is a sea of over-hype. Nothing about this hole was stimulating to me. The teeth had to be removed after two uses because they were CUTTING my Johnson. And after the teeth are gone all you are left with is a hole with no suction and very little stimulation. I think the mouth entrance is just to big and material to soft to support good suction unless you have a bigger sized penis, but I can't imagine someone with a bigger size having to deal with the teeth. Anyways, like I said, this is just my experience. Maybe i'm an outlier.
As a side note: The hole is a dual layer Onahole. On arrival the interior far back end was already torn. This didn't effect my experience at all, but it is something to consider that there may be defects if you order a dual layer.

This onahole is not for everyone, in particular if you are very sensitive. I tend to like rougher holes and I even had trouble using it consistently, often having to take breaks from it and use a softer less stimulating hole. But man this is easily one of the best holes iv ever had. It has everything I want in an onahole. The entrance is nice and easy to get into, the suction once you get all the air out feels amazing. It starts out with ribbed bumps that are overstimulating, but once you bottom out it ends with wavy/bumpy textures that massage your shaft head. And the best part? It is so easy to clean because of how durable it is.
Great buy and worth the price.

Incredibly well designed for the price. The inside has ribbed bumps that tease and push up against your shaft head, while also SPINNING in a clockwise, counterclockwise motion. It spins by having a plastic spring that expands and retracts as the suction pulls on your shaft up and down. The onahole can be a bit noisy because it DOES NOT LET GO of your shaft. It is about as high suction as you can get without using electronics. The only down side is that it can get a bit rough and you cant flip it inside out to clean the water out. If you are particularly sensitive and prefer softer onaholes with less suction then I would probably look elsewhere, Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this product.
