The best gift I recieved was a second chance of life by my brother giving me his bone marrow on thanksgiving. I am thankful to him for saving my life because it is something I will never forget.
The most expensive gift I gave to anyone was worth 3,000$ for a family trip to disney so we could spend time together.
I hope everyone has a nice day and a wonderful new year even if our countries are still scared of COVID.

I love all the presents I received, but one of my favorite and most memorable ones was when I was young teenager I really really wanted a DS Lite and my family was really poor and couldn't afford it, but my Aunt & Uncle had one their kids kinda outgrew, and was not being used, and for Christmas they gave it to me, which was a huge deal, and meant so much to me.

The best gift I've gotten.. Damn I can't think of anything really. I never celebrated Christmas nor have i gotten any birthday presents. My friend gave me a spare deodorant that didn't have aluminum in it that i was talking about wanting. I was grateful for that at the moment.

The best present I've ever gotten? That's tough. Off the top of my head I'd have to go with a copy of Golden Sun on GBA. It was my first experience with JRPGs and I sunk hundreds of hours into it. It sparked a lifelong love for the genre and still, twenty years later, it continues to be in my top 3 JRPGs of all time.
The most expensive present I've ever bought was a snowblower for my father-in-law. He always went out of his way to help me with any project, even when it was beyond his skill level. At the time, he was still recovering from a hip replacement and strenuous activity was out of the question. I needed to return a favor for all those he provided me and the upcoming winter was forecasted to be brutal. The choice was obvious. The $1100 was hard for me to swallow at the time but to this day, every time he uses it, he calls to say how well it ran and how thankful he is to have it. Very few things in my life have been worth the cost of admission quite like that snowblower.

I didn't pay market price but the fact I think that makes it count is that the card I gave away for free was valued at least $250 at the time. Stuff like that ain't easy to get in the trading card game world, especially after scalpers entered the picture!

I got Shaman King Manga The Full Volumes which I've been waiting to read and rewatch the re-adaptation; Zatch Bell Merch and I also have the Training Cards as well from back in the days; Sailor Moon shirts for me, my sis, and my aunt since were all fans, and many more! It was an amazing Christmas but what I was waiting for was to open my Pero Ice Cream Onahole for Christmas and I enjoyed myself that Christmas. As for the most expensive present I’ve bought anyone were electronic toothbrushes for my parents, which were $100~ each at the time. They were pretty shocked I dropped that much $$$ for toothbrushes but were pleasantly surprised as they’ve never had electric toothbrushes before and loved them ever since.

@**ToyDemon** Honestly I've had a lot of great presents but the one that holds the most sentimental value was a pack of Yu-Gi-Oh cards that I got from my parents when I was really young! It was the first Christmas present I remember getting from them, and it's extra heartwarming because my family are immigrants from a country that doesn't really celebrate Christmas and we didn't have a lot of money at the time. They just wanted to give their child the wonder of Christmas that other kids also celebrated :)

Kinda a big deal to me, because I generally won’t buy anything that I can’t excuse as having a use for, due to my upbringing, so I never look for anything that niche.

It was honestly kinda unexpected, but he encouraged me to keep on the project when I had doubts about the project. PC parts were (and still are) insanely expensive and the fact that he took time to pick out parts for me to build my computer was just really nice of him. I couldn't afford those parts at the time, so he was definitely a saving grace. I think he really enjoyed seeing me become a young computer geek. It was really sweet of him.

Gonna have to reminisce a little for this one. I remember way back on Christmas of 2006 (already 15 years ago!!!), my parents got our siblings and I a GameCube and a bunch of games. We were pretty late on getting it considering the GameCube had already been out for 5 years at that point, but we weren't very well off, so we didn't mind. Before that, our only console was the SNES.
Man I remember how absoulutey thrilled we were when we got that GameCube, we played it all day, everyday, and of course, as siblings do, always fought over who can play, when.
It may not have been nearly the most expensive gift I have gotten, but it will always be a very special memory.

That keyboard was the start of my love for music and because of it, I've performed at so many places, performed with various people, and got to experience so many kinds of live music. I can't imagine myself doing anything else.

The best Christmas present I ever received would probably be a Gameboy Color, back when I was much younger. I got an astonishing amount of use out of it, though whether it was a good or bad influence is still up for debate.
The most expensive present I have ever given would probably be an artificial Christmas Tree for about $100, to my brother who had recently moved out and didn't bring any decorations with him. I generally participate in a yearly gift exchange with a price limit, so I don't usually end up giving large gifts.

The best present I have ever received would be an oil diffuser that I still use and will continue using cause it's real nice!
As for the most expensive present I have ever given it would a set of bottles of whiskey plus an cologne, for a family member and it came out about 200 dollars, but it was worth it since they loved it and were pretty happy, so that made it so much worth it too, and remember its the thought that counts too!
