After last month's giveaway, only 9 people managed to answer all the questions correctly. We understand that the quiz might have been challenging, but to the users complaining that it was too hard or a waste of time, let's remember that no one was forced to participate.

Those who took the time to look up answers were rewarded for their efforts and rightly so. For those who didn’t win but still participated, we hope you learned something new about the site that will make your future visits easier and more enjoyable.

Now for the answers to last month's Quiz on the Giveaway:

1. How long has ToyDemon been in business?

Answer: 17 Years

2. How can you access the 'Cart Page'?

Answers:
-Click on the 'View Cart' link on top of the slide out side-cart
-Use url 'https://www.toydemon.com/checkout/cart/'

The question might seem tricky, but if you just follow each option and follow its steps, you would land on the "Cart Page" on those 2 choices.

3. Where can you apply coupon code?

Answers:
-Slide out side-cart's bottom portion coupon input field
-In 'Cart Page' under the list of products, click on 'Do you have a discount code'

Again, if you follow the options given and try to replicate its description, you will find the answer. We even give "Cart Page" in question 1, so you can get to the cart page to find where to put in the coupon code in the cart page.

4. Where can you check shipping quote for your order?

Answers:
-In 'Cart Page', right side bar 'Estimate Shipping and Tax'
-Checkout page's 'Shipping Method' section after you input your address

Again, if you follow the options given and try to replicate what the answer is describing, you will find the answer. Following "Cart Page" in question 1, you can find the cart page to find where to expand shipping quote section.

However, we will also allow "Checkout page's payment section" because we weren't super clear on what check shipping quote means. Though the user is able to see the shipping cost of the order in the Checkout page's payment section, what we meant is where you can select different methods of shipping and check its shipping quote. Sorry for the possible confusion.

5. Where can you apply your reward points?

Answer: Bottom section of the slide out side cart, where it displays how many points you currently have and how much it is worth and you can click on 'Use'

This is very straight forward, the answer we describe where it is at the side cart, and even describes how it displays how many points you have and how much it is worth and how you need to click on 'Use'.

6. What is the loyalty perk for Silver members this month?

Answer: Double Reward points earned from 4 Pts to 8 Pts per $

Once inside the pre-order category, you will see on the top where we mentioned that in a mix-order of pre-order and in stock items, you can choose to ship everything together for extra reward points. Also when you look at every pre-order product, each item has an extra +200 Pts +400 Pts (up to +1000 Pts) label on it showing the extra points you receive for pre-ordering that specific item.


11. What does the above icon indicate when it appears on a product?

Answer: Item you have purchased before.

This can be found under Community Website Updates category, in topic Website Fixes & Changes 2. Or if you are a silver member, you will notice that it will have appeared on the product you have purchased before.

14. What does the code 'SHIPSAVE' do?

Answer: Since it's too expensive to offer free shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, and International customers, we instead offer a discount for $5 off every $75.

As all should be aware, there are new tariffs now in effect and China products will have an additional 20% cost. While we carry onaholes from Japan, Japanese suppliers do manufacturer some of their products in China, and those will increase in price.

In the mean time, due to the uncertainty of everything we will try our best to keep the prices the same for those products. However, at a certain point, if tariffs keep piling on, we might not have a choice but to raise the price as well on those items that are manufactured in China. (Hopefully Japan will be safe from tariffs)
