As the only other review so far mentions, it should most be taken as a disposable use case, the gimmick is good but it’s first time only obviously, and it’s not the most durable. Good for someone experimenting with their first hole though, as it’s cheap not overstimulating and will last you a good 5-10 uses before you break through the back wall.
