At beginning of January we had a lot of items out of stock, but was able to get a bunch of them back through some ocean shipments, sorry for the delay.
We got quite a few customers asking about Tomax status. They have a lot of demand and it just takes time for them to make these especially when we have to order in big ocean shipments. Again, we are sorry for the delay but rest assured, they are in the works. Also remember, once you see a "in by date", that means it's on its way to us.
Also to recap some changes we have made to the community in case someone didn't look at the other topic. We have removed Bronze member's ability to upvote and downvote due to users trying to game the achievement awards. Since Bronze members can no longer upvote or downvote, they are not required to upvote to enter giveaway.
Also, just a reminder for members entering the giveaway to do what is asked for the giveaway. For example, last giveaway we asked what you purchased in 2024 and if not, what you'd like to purchase next. Some answers are very generic like I am interest in some products. Which doesn't answer the question, so those entries were thrown out. So please make sure you answer them correctly and don't just half-ass it!

Honestly, I'm glad that the site is cracking down on some things. Personally, I love ToyDemon and I hate the idea that there are some bad apples trying to take advantage of them and ruining a good thing. There's a feeling I get that they really are constantly working on improvements and giving us better offerings like they say they do. I think a lot of people don't appreciate how rare authenticity like that is. At this point I'm loyal to the site and wouldn't think about looking to purchase from anywhere else.
On to the quiz! I thought that I was gonna have an easy time about it. Over the last year I've done my best to try and figure out how to maximize the deals that we're offered. I try to stay up to date on announcements and specifics for any current sales but even then there were some things I didn't know about. I'm happy enough that I had most of the answers for what was relevant to the way I use the site though.
Last thing I'll say is look guys, you get out what you put into things here. That's the same for a lot of things in life. Stop half-assing it.

The majority of those answers I had to look up, but they were not hard to find for me. I think incentivizing people to look around the website and get familiar with different pages is a great idea! Not only does it help customers find helpful information, but it shows that you care.

After having read some of the other posts here, I do agree that the quiz should give hints as to where to find the answers. That should encourage people to complete the quiz and should improve the scores of people who truly want to put in some effort for the awards, while not compromising on the crackdown on bots and spammers.

@**ToyDemon** ngl, while im all for cracking down on bots, these questions really suck and are designed to make you fail. i really had to give up because i couldnt find the info i needed due to a confusing interface and obnoxiously hard to find info.
i appreciate the chance at winning but im no longer going to participate if i have to get every question correct on answers that either confuse me or straight up mislead me or frankly impossible to figure out.

@**ToyDemon** Pretty tough quiz. It's doable since all the answers are somewhere on the site, but pretty discouraging due to the length and how tricky some questions were. I really had to take my time double and triple checking my answers to make sure I didn't mess up a single one.
If the goal was to educate users, then more hints and links to where information could be found to answer the questions would have made more sense.

I tried to find a source for every question, but some checkboxes are genuinely debatable as either Yes/No (What counts as the payment section? What counts as pre-order specific? Is this a trick question?). Frustrating. Sometimes the correct answer had me surprised, like how there's only one place to apply points (this is NOT a spoiler, the question only lets you select 1 answer). I strongly believe you should either lower the requirement to 90% or make the questions simpler and have 1 multiple choice answer. We can still learn about the site this way, and I won't have to spend over half an hour on a quiz I probably won't get rewarded for.

@**ToyDemon** some constructive criticism: the quiz is a good idea, but this one was a bit tedious. people shouldn't just expect to get points for nothing (despite this being a lottery).. but it took me 25 minutes to finish the quiz. the point and purpose would've been served just as well with a five-question quiz. also, some of the questions felt a bit too trick-questiony, like with the way an answer for #2 was worded.
on the plus side, i like that there were a few fields at the end to add feedback. toydemon is a great experience overall, but it definitely lacks a few things that would make it otherwise perfect, and i like that we're able to give our opinions on those things.

@**ToyDemon** I think I did well in the quiz, but I was unclear on some of the questions. For example, one of the questions asks about the "Cart Page," and I was unsure if, due to the quotations, this meant a page specifically titled "Cart Page," or if it was referring to the Shopping Cart page. I initially thought the correct way to interpret the question was to say there is no such thing as a "Cart Page," but later questions use the exact phrase "Cart Page" in the answers, so that made me second-guess myself because, depending on how you interpret the initial question, those answers using the exact phrase "Cart Page" may be automatically wrong by virtue of there being no such thing as a "Cart Page." I think the other questions such as asking what certain coupons require are much more clear.

Good to know you're cracking down on bots though, having the system be abusable is a good concern to address with stuff like that. Personally, it's been a few years since I've been away from this hobby but I have been popping in and out to see what kind of products my favorite manufacturers have been putting out. This is the only English news outlet that I know of that seems to be up to date. I hardly see any YouTube reviews or blog pages anymore that have been keeping up with this hobby. I'm very glad toydemon is still going strong all these years.

Using an IPhone to answer the quiz and had to look up on the main website on a laptop to double check my answers. ‘Answering correctly’ that wording right there got me nervous.
