There's noticeable spiral action with thick, meaty rails but the dots don't add much stimulation. The cervix at the end is likewise noticeable, yet subtle. The tight tunnel and hefty mass aim to please, made of a moderately firm material that isn't overly stimulating. Overall, a comfortable experience.

Ergonomically, it's a pleasure to use. The contoured entrance guides your penetration, the size and shape make it easy to handle, and it's of sturdy build. Cleaning is also a breeze, as the cervix is substantial enough to be stretched without fear of tearing.

If you know your Tomax, it's like Lilith Uterus Regular and Spiral-Wave Hard had a baby. The Maccos material is just a smidge firmer than Tomax Regular.

If you buy this specifically for the named uterus, you'll be slightly disappointed but it's hard to stay mad at one of the best overall toys on the market still.

Upon initial penetration is the tightest part of the tunnel. It helps the toy hold a moderate vacuum and feels good to push through. Behind that is the pictured ridge along the bottom, which attacks your frenulum and is my favorite feature of the hole. I recommend using the toy only in the normal upright position or you miss out on that feeling! As you reach the back, the cervix ring provides a subtle flick across the head as you penetrate in and out of the uterus. The whole tunnel has a very subtle, organic/realistic texture except for the uterus lined with dots. Go slow and use thin lube to really appreciate it.

Compared to LU Soft, which was my very first toy years ago and still my favorite to date, the Regular material gives the tunnel an overall tighter feel, makes the moderate vacuum more pronounced, and provides much-needed firmness to the cervix. However, the material is less clingy leading to decreased sensation from the bottom ridge and subtle textures of the tunnel walls. I think I prefer Soft but the Regular is still a worthy replacement I thought I'd try out.

Wasn't oily or smelly at all out of its classic packaging. Material is moderately soft, reminds me a lot of the inner material that many hard dual-layer holes use. Includes a 12mL stick of Insomnia lube, which is the best thin lube on the market. Regular is firm enough that you can consider using a slightly thicker lube if you have it and not really hurt your experience, though. Cleaning isn't terribly difficult but the uterus makes it somewhat more handy to have a thin drying implement handy compared to other Tomax holes. Durable, single-layer material should last a long time compared to most toys.

My first Tomax in Hard. It's a noticeable difference compared other Tomax firmness options, but it's still a step below other brands' hard toys and won't grind your meat to a pulp as a result. Reminds me of ToysHeart's Safe Skin, such as the R-20, but a smidge softer and without the sandpaper texture.

The spiral action is appreciable but subtle. Due to their thickness, they don't feel like distinct rails so much as it just slightly changes the pressure points on your shaft as you penetrate the length of the hole. Meaty feeling and fairly tight, due to less give in the Hard material. Most of the stimulation comes from the horizontal ribbing, which is intense but not overwhelming. Absolutely trivial to clean, probably very durable as Tomax typically is.

Smooth out of Tomax's signature classy packaging, not oily at all and no smell. Comes with a 12mL stick of Insomnia lube. Absolutely the best thin lube on the market and it works well enough here for a quick toss, but Spiral-Wave Hard is abrasive enough you might want a slightly thicker lube for longer sessions.

Insomnia is one of the thinnest lubes on the market, making it a great choice for enjoying soft toys without muting their more subtle textures. Very watery but still slick and protective. It's also very long-lasting and one of the cheapest lubes per-ounce too, there's truly no better value to be had.

The bottle is also nice. It's a flip top for convenient use and the nozzle doesn't leak if you leave the bottle on its side while closed.

Despite what the promo images indicate, the inner layer is fairly thin and blends into the outer layer like most Magic Eyes products. While that slightly annoys me because most of their products are fragile for this reason, Rina Big's simplistic design still makes it a bit more durable than usual (and easy to clean).

Rina Big is a very one-note experience, nothing but thick horizontal ribs lining the entirety of the tunnel. There's a uterus chamber at the end but quite frankly I can't feel penetrating the cervix during use for whatever reason (too small and at the end, tunnel misaligned, curved... part?), so the ribs are my only stimulation.

But they feel nice. They're actually quite thick and soft, so penetrating them is like pushing through a ton of mini-cervices where many ribbed toys have thin ribbing that aggressively scrape your junk. Rina Big is a gentle ride. Also kinda loose, entrance is wide and easy to penetrate, but tight enough to hold vacuum/lube. Has a slight inner lip between the entrance and inner layer.

Smooth and odorless out of package and still after a few uses. Includes the typical 15mL Magic Eyes lube stick, moderately thick lube that is a little too jelly-like to apply precisely but otherwise works fine.
