After spending another session or 2 with some of my sleeves, I regret some of the reviews I gave initially. In particular the Mao-Man Real Hole Onahole. My subsequent sessions were a mixture of frustration and dismay, which are not words you want associated with your fun time products. I want to redress my original scoring, and also provide further insights into the device. Also, wouldn't it be informative for consumers to get some idea how ones opinion has evolved as the reviewer has spent some time with the toy? Can we edit or add an addendum to our review and I am just not seeing how? And if not wouldn't there be some benefit to being able to?

@Eye5 Thanks for your feedback. I will check with our devs and see how we can implement this if possible.
Currently as others have said, you can add a comment to the review and let others know.

@winkyblink it's on our to do list, but we have other bigger things on the list that we're currently working on. So it won't be any time soon, but will update if anything changes.

I look back at my reviews now and then and sometimes reflect on what I've written at the time I've experienced back then and compare what my last session was like and do notice some differences, to the point of at least wanting to restate my first thoughts on the product.
Sometimes I wonder if I posted a review too soon as well.
I think your suggestion warrants considering, at least in the effort of encouraging more people to review their own opinions on their purchases.

@winkyblink I sometimes leave reviews after the first test drive because I fear the further I stray from the initial purchase the less likely I am to actually review the item. I think of the various disembodied mouths I have piling up in my collection. Aside from the Mouth of Truth, I'm not even sure what the other products are. (I should have used that bizarre magnetic tongue ball on that one mouth just as a differentiator from the others...)
But...I absolutely agree with you regarding early reviews. We all acknowledge that there is a breaking in period of time with these things, along with some of them being particularly fragile, this is all information that would be great to learn within the reviews, and really come to light with repeated uses.
I would also like to upgrade my score on some items. Right now I have to bear a dark stain on my soul, as I have Cow Girl currently ranked as high as the aforementioned disappointing Mao-Man Real Hole. Cow Girl has performed admirably every time she is called upon, the other not so much. Hopefully Toydemon will see this injustice and allow us the ability to alter our scores, just so I dont have to continue to bear the ever present weight of the erroneous scores.

@Eye5
I think it important to recognize that these toys are not designed to last forever, and depending on how you take care of them they can degrade slowly or quickly with each use and maintenance.
One example for me is the infamous ZXY: for me it lives up to it's reputation of positive reviews all over the internet, but if you look at its negative reviews a common complaint is its durability. However, I've had mine for 2 years and it is holding up well. I think the reason might be that I may not use it as much as other users have, and I try to be careful when cleaning it.
Is having a large collection of onaholes beneficial in extending the life of your very favorite toys? I believe so.
Take care of your toys and they will take of you, and I would encourage everyone to consider this factor when compiling a review.

@Eye5 Yeah, currently there is no official way to edit or add an addendum to your review, although, you can REPLY to your review, which could act like an addendum I guess. But being able to edit your original review has some serious merit, because things do happen and sometimes opinions do change after more experience and use.

@slvstk Thank you for the idea regarding replying to yourself! Unfortunately that still leaves the ever important stars at a level which might misrepresent my true feelings of the product, and also encourage or dissuade someone from clicking in an item just due to the baseline scoring.
If you cant trust the people reviewing your Japanese sex toys for accurate at a glance scoring, where does that leave us as a society?

@Eye5 I hear you. I've changed my mind on a few sleeves over time and in those cases usually just leave a 2nd review stating it's an update. But updating the original would be easier although if your original review is several months/years old and many others have come since, posting a new review might be better.... or having the updated review float to the top would work too.
Nice to hear on Cow Girl. My Mao-Man still performs admirably for me as a solid hitter. No complaints here but as with all these toys YMMV. I'm still baffled why the Yuria gets high marks as that was a total dud for me.

@Greenwood95 There were some other user reviews which questioned the mold of the sleeve so it could be a recent defect? The first night I used it I enjoyed it enough, but was not enthralled with it. It was the sleeve I used first, out of an order which had just arrived, after abstaining a day or so before, so I may have been more receptive to it when I reviewed it. Recent uses have not yielded the desired results. I consider it my most disappointing sleeve at this point.
I totally agree about the variety of points of view. I think I try to use reviews to weave together as much of an informed decision about a product that really doesn't have a whole lot of credible reviews resources available (unless you have suggestions other than here, or Reddit or...?). I'm still blaming that spectacular box art.

@Eye5 You can *technically* update reviews, I've done it. But it's not in the form of an official edit button. Every review on ToyDemon is moderated by a human, if you make the title of your review something like “, please append this to my already existing review” I've found more often than not they will do that. Though, leaving a comment would probably be easier and less work for ToyDemon staff.
I have many reviews I should probably change. My first ones are the biggest issues for me, as I didn't have much experience with Onaholes, so I probably rated things too positively having such a small pool of things to choose from. In general, my reviews do lean more positive than others, mostly because I know even if I don't like something, it doesn't mean it's bad. I've seen onaholes rated 1-star just based on “it wasn't my taste”, then shortly afterwards, the onahole went on clearance. Not many people want to give a 1-star onahole a chance, even if it just has a single negative review.
