Reading the comments from various users, it seems like there are functions within our website that people actually don't know. So going forward, we will post all the updates and features that we add to our website so it's easy for everyone to follow.
Let's start with the changes today on 5/15/2020:
-The wishlist heart icon will display Red if the item is already in your wishlist.
This was a request going back to the forum. Some feel that because there's so many products, it's sometimes hard to remember what you have added to your wishlist already. Hopefully this QOL change will make it easier browsing the onaholes or lotions you like.
SIDE NOTE: Remember, when a product in your wishlist becomes lower in price, you will be notified by email.

A few users mentioned that it would be nice to know when an item comes back in stock. The function was always there but we realize that it doesn't display well and most people won't see it. So we made the change so that it's easier to see and understand.
Now when you click on it, you will be notified once the product comes back in stock.

Can you elaborate on what you mean for "notification"?
Normally once you place an order, you will receive an email notification. Then after we process your order for shipping, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number.
If you are talking about checking the status of your order, just go to the very bottom, under "My Account" you will see the "Past Orders" link. Within it it has all your past orders and the items in the order along with shipment tracking.

Thanks for the clarification, currently there's no way to know which products you have signed up for back in stock notification. We will look at how to improve that better.
However, there's a work around if you use the wishlist.. Our previous wishlist update allows saving of multiple wishlists, instead of just keeping 1 really long wishlist. So anything that you add the restock notification to, just also add it to a new "Out of Stock" wishlist. That way you can keep things separate and easy to manage.
We know this work around isn't perfect, but will work right now until we can figure out how to improve the stock notification.

@**ToyDemon** I'd love the ability to see items you've already purchased, this could be anything from a little icon to a small little label similar to the sales/clearance labels put on discounted products.
I'd also love to see the ability to sort from recently stocked items, since I think the "new" sorting option only sorts by new arrivals and not items which have been recently stocked/restocked.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will pass that along to our development team. However, as we have mentioned previously, we can't promise that all suggestions will be updated as we have to look at how useful it is to the majority of users vs. the power users.
Meanwhile, while it's not ideal, you can always use the "Notify Me" button for out of stock items that interest you, so that you will know which items of interest are now back in stock.

We posted a topic about the updates we made to the site today. One of the changes today was showing a check mark to the products you have previously purchased. You should be able to see them once you log in.
Sorry it took longer than expected, but we had a massive change and we wanted to push them all together at the same time.

I use one Wish List to mark all the toys that I already own because there's no easy way to see whether I've purchased a specific toy or not. I use another wish list for toys I want when they go on sale, and another for toys I must have as soon as they're back in stock.
While navigating through your product catalog, it's not readily apparent which Wish List a toy is in. I love that I can easily identify wishlisted items (thanks for the colorblind change!), but I would love to be able to see which list a toy is in.
If I could click on an item that's in a wishlist and see both the current "select list to add" option as well as a new indicator of which list(s) the toy is currently in, that would be awesome!

Thanks for your suggestion. We can't promise that this will definitely be updated. Knowing you and the rest of the users on this site, you're a power user so it's a lot harder for us to change things to suit the needs of the just a few users. Though we will keep it on our to do list but please know that other things with higher priority will be updated first. Hope you understand.

A few users suggested that they found it annoying that every time you click on a filter, the page loads and you have to wait and click on another filter.
We have made changes so that you can click on multiple filters at once and submit to get the result you desired.

Hey ToyDemon, in about a week or so I plan on doing reviews for the stuff that you sell :)
I was wondering if there were any links that you would want me to use, or any type of links? Or should I just link to the product that I am reviewing?
Also, I would really like to know when you guys will get the Meiki Cherry 2 back in stock! Please if possible even give me an email when the Meiki Cherry 2 is back in stock. I already signed up for notifications but I'm not sure if that will suffice.

Thanks for doing reviews. We actually don't allow links in the comments as they will be filtered and will require approval to post. This is to prevent from spam and posting things completely irrelevant to what's being discussed.
You can just name the product you purchased and have reviewed, if you want to add the link to the product, you can. We will just have to check and approve it.
As for out of stock items, signing up for notification is the best way to know when it comes back in stock.

Wish list and compare icons' background colors have been changed slightly for better visibility. Mouse over affects have been changed so it's easier to see for users that are color blind per user eelsushi.

I see that TD puts time and effort into making the site better and I appreciate that. I would like to see 2 things...

2. We curate our reviews somewhat. Making sure it’s not a spam or allow just some 2 words phrase saying “this is good” even if it will boost the products’ ratings. If you need to make an edit, simply submit a new review and mention “please overwrite my previous review or update”, then the team member that’s monitoring it will update it accordingly.

Our system uses some of the latest technology for a speedy website experience for our visitors. Part of this include photo optimization but from our test, you can't really tell the difference pre and post optimization unless you have the original and do a side by side comparison. Could you let us know what images you're having issues with? Since you cannot post links, please post the product name so we can check the images.

@**ToyDemon** no issue with the ability to load images. The vaginal opening on the toys is intentionally being blurred. One of the main appeals for me is the toy’s appearance.

1) Notification to users on a reply. All comments and replies will start with the @ and then the nickname. This will inform the person that there is a reply to their post or comment so it makes conversing easier with one another.
If you do not want to notify that user, remove the @ nickname.
2) You can control if you want to receive notifications directly in your Community Profile along with displaying your purchasing stats.
Let me know if there's any issues or questions.

We have now added a estimated back in stock date under the "Notify Me" button so you do not need to click into the product to see.
If a date is showing, that means the manufacturer has confirmed our order and is preparation. If there's no date, that just means the item might have just became out of stock very recently, and we are working on placing our next order for more. Some might take longer because everyone is backed up right now due to covid-19. From getting the raw material to manufacturing all the way to shipping.
We hope by providing more information, you can easily expect when your onahole will come back in stock.
Please remember dates are estimates and we actually add extra 1-2 weeks. If everything goes smoothly, products will be back in stock way before the date.

We added a Subscribe / Unsubscribe behind every post so that one does not need to comment to be subscribing to a post of interest.

We have also condensed all the updates to your community subscription. So instead of getting 5 different emails from 5 different Posts, it will condense into 1 email and lists all the different Posts that you subscribed to.

As suggested, we added Wish list icon to always be showing on Desktop or Mobile so that once you sign in, you will be able to see what items are already in your wish list.

Discontinued products will now no longer show on search results or when you browse normally due to various customers bringing this up. If you want to see the discontinued products, please use our sitemap at the bottom of the page.
