Does anyone know how this could happen? They've been selling like hotcakes and have been sold out everywhere in Japan and all websites including this one. They've quickly become THE best breast toy for it's price range. Makes zero sense to me why they would stop production.

I was stalking these too, readings many positive reviews online.
I think the shutdown had a lot to do with it as well.

@winkyblink just reiterating my reply to Rocko earlier. So a while back, I accidentally bought an extra pair because I thought the 2nd version would be different. ToyDemon sent me the same one, saying that the 2 versions didn't differ unfortunately. I'm willing to sell it to you. It's brand new and unopened. Let me know if you're interested.

No knows for absolute sure on why this happen so people can only speculate.
In my opinion it may have something to do with the name and character on the box. The character "Rune" does not belong to the manufacturer.
Therefore they may have only a certain number years to sell it before ending it. You know contract with original artist/developer and all that.
The same may have happen with Akari Buttocks.

So, with clarification from a kind fellow on reddit, new evidence shows that the company that use to make the Pharmacy Rene is now collaborating with an online Japanese, adult, sex toy shop. I will refrain from using the shops name since I don't know if that goes against Toydemons community rules. The oppais themselves are called Coco's oppais and they are exclusive to that shop. From unboxing videos on twitter and statements from people that own both the Rene's and Coco's they are the same toy exempt for color and the name change. They won't be cheap but I know a lot of people were bummed about missing these classics so I hope this gives them a second chance. Good luck and happy hunting!

@Rocko I can only assume it's either due to contract expiring with the character/artist like has been stated, low sales unlikely), or maybe an issue with supplies. I have a pair of Rune's Tits I bought 18 months ago. I've enjoyed them, but haven't used them much as I prefer the hip toys. Happy to sell mine on if you or anyone who missed out is interested. I still have original box/tray too.
