@Havok seeing same thing on Firefox for both Linux and Windows as well as Chrome for Windows.

@lothman if you're still having this issue, please fill out a contact us form so we can better narrow it down. We cannot reproduce this and no one has contacted us in regards to this.

@lothman Do you have other extensions other than adblock on the browsers? We can't reproduce this on any of our devices or browsers. The only time we've heard of this happening to someone else, he was able to correct the issue by clearing his cookie and disabling all his extensions. (the person did not want to individually test which extension was causing the issue)

@WinterSnow This is not a bug you are experiencing. Due to your card being declined multiple times and the reason it was declined for, the card processor has blocked further attempts from you. Please contact customer service directly if you need further information on this.

@CilantroLover are you still having that issue? We had some bugs on mobile for dark mode as when icon turns responsive and shrinks, there were some overlapping issues with other icons that made it un-clickable. Should be working fine now.

@winterume upon checking your account, we have none of the issues you mentioned. You already have item in your wishlist, item in cart and can go to checkout page without issue.

@**ToyDemon** so idk if it's a bug or just my mobile browser, but when I click the members perks button on the front page it comes up, but it doesn't side scroll. Like I can see the spreadsheet style layout, but in the far right column, the actual perks column, I can only see the first two letters. I'm on a phone/android/chrome. Not the biggest deal, and maybe it's just me idk. Only thing I've found on the site that might go here.

@CSaintj Sorry for the late response. It's how the perk tables display when the screen is very narrow (mobile). We are currently trying to see if we can get it to change in a way that it'll still display correctly on mobile but have the table still display in a easy to read structure.

@ashleylefey The bundles were not available during the recent sale and will be back as soon as possible. This was not a bug. Some promotions processing aren't compatible with each other and can not be run at the same time on the system.

@Burtonsss This is not a bug from our testing. It sounds like your payment is failing to go through both with credit card and with Paypal. Please contact customer service if you need further assistance in the matter.

@**ToyDemon** Two issues I've run into 1) On the A10 Basic page I used the "discuss" function to add some thoughts. In that area I am unable to reply to any post. Not mine and not those the admin made there regarding the issue. and 2) I replied to someone in the community section and the text of my reply covers the "edit" icons in the top right corner. I tried resizing my page etc. still covers it. Both small things but they are there none the less.

If item 'A' (400 pts) releases and my order delays to wait for item 'B' (400 pts), item 'A' does not get calculated as a Pre-Order when the order ships. It's like the stock of the Item itself seems to have to be in a Pre-order state at time of shipment instead of checking if the individual actually Pre-ordered or not. It's easy to see which item is affected when they give different amount of bonus points. It's always the item that is delayed for shipment.
Customer service has been top notch each time.

@Tittielover134 What issue are you having? We have not had other ppl comment on this issue. Some times I have encountered it seemed like it did not update, but if you refresh the page it does. Might have something to do with how page is cached.

@SpringAutumn If you don't mind sharing, what was the issue causing you to not be able to vote in the poll and what did you do to fix it? Just in case others might have similar issues as well.

@**ToyDemon** I wanted to use the $75+ gift code during check-out. I stopped and started the checkout process several times and went as far as inspecting the page at the first two stages, shipping and payment. I had my card declined for some reason when I tried pushing ahead and went with paypal to clear payment. I went through the entire checkout process and had no code entry pop up at any stage.
I was using Brave browser with all protections dropped during the process on a Windows PC.
