The last time I placed an order was when the fedex hold for pickup option was still available on this site. I want to place a new order soon, but I'm unfamiliar with the new process for hold for pickup. Could someone provide an explanation or example of how the new process works?

@jimmyblobthethird Yeah they do not offer hold for pickup for free shipping anymore. There is actually a page detailing on the change, I will link it below. I can't be at home so I recently made an order for pickup using UPS, I had to use 3-5 day shipping and as soon as I got the tracking number I logged in to UPS account to change it to hold for pickup at UPS location. Know that for UPS, there is a 6 dollar charge to change the delivery method to hold for pickup, not sure about how Fedex does things.

@jimmyblobthethird Don't quote me on this but if I remember correctly you cant do free shipping anymore for pick up you have to pay its not an option on the website so you have to put your real shipping address but then you can go into the fed ex app and have them hold it at a location through there.

@jimmyblobthethird It looks like they don't offer the Hold for Pickup service anymore. I'm pretty sad about this, because I'm never at home to get a package... so basically I can never order again, now.
