It's been months since we got an actual restock from tomax. This is supposed to be the US vendor yet not even 10% of the listed toys have been stocked since summer if even that recently.

@fenrirdies What we previously stated and @PrestigiousFarmer pointed out again is still true. To add a bit more update/information on the situation. The four varieties we currently have in stock will likely be what we have for the rest of this year. We have been working with Tomax on figuring out how to best help them streamline production during this difficult time. We receive more numbers this year than last year and more than any other vendors but you wouldn't know it from the way it's always out of stock.
There are almost 50 different onaholes from Tomax that we carry. It is more time consuming for their factory to switch their production between all the models and softness than to do a concentrate batch of a selected few models. The current plan is for future shipments to have very large quantities but lesser variety arriving. After enough cycles of the shipments, we should have most if not all of the items in stock in very healthy quantities. The current 4 varieties available are a good example of this. We've gone through early Black Friday sale on them and they've been flying off the shelves continually for over a month and they are still in stock. We expect them to be still be in stock into early next year, maybe longer.
We assure everyone we have an immense(we really do mean immense) amount of quantity on order with them for all varieties. Some customers have questioned whether we're ordering enough. The amount we order or reserve means nothing if they can't make them as was the situation this year. We believe we have come to a solution that will get us back to healthy stock numbers for Tomax in the quickest way possible during this difficult situation. The only downside is that out of stock issues will continue on longer until we reach that point. We really feel everyone's pain with the long out of stock issues but until Japan's back to normal from the pandemic, this is the best solution on the current problem.

Supply and demand buddy. In this case the demand greatly outweighs the supply that a small company like Tomax can provide. The tone of your post makes it sound like you're blaming Toydemon for not restocking their Tomax products. I'm pretty sure they order as much as Tomax is willing to sell them. Yet, if you did the least bit of research and looked back on past posts regarding the subject, instead of whining about it, you'd already know why this is happening. I'll copy and past what Toydemon said a few months back when a few others kept asking the same question.

As you may know, Tomax items have a very high quality to them. In order to achieve this, a lot of focus and attention is placed on them during production and production is done in slower, smaller batches which is the only way your can achieve this level of consistent quality. Now with the pandemic, the Japanese workforce has been reduced making production slower, and demand for them are higher than ever. There are no plans for production capacity to increase since that will affect their quality.
This is why they are out of stock more often and why out of stock periods are longer. This is not due to "artificial scarcity". This isn't the first time we've heard of this theory but they can double/triple their production and we'll still sell through them and be sold out right now. Many don't know that they place quality over profit which is very rare and harder to understand in our part of the world.
We have known the brand and owner about as long as we have been around(13 or so years). The owner is extremely passionate about creating top quality products and we saw all the things he went through to make the material and item in the beginning to what it is today. One of the reason why we did not have their sleeve series at the beginning (and why it was given to a new site/company at that time) was the question of whether the existing speed can make enough to meet the demand on our website. We were lucky last year where we were able to get everything they had to keep things in stock for quite a long time but that completely depleted any stock Tomax had. We believe we were the only place that had Tomax items in stock last holiday season.
We hope this helps answer your first question and hopefully put some information out to put an end to those "doing it on purpose" theories.

@fenrirdies Tomax is, despite being a small company, one of the most popular onahole makers around, both in and out of Japan. You can see how this creates a problem, right? Tomax makes small batches and EVERYONE want them. Toy Demon will get them in stock when they can, but last time there was a restock, I literally rushed home to buy what I wanted after getting the alert because I knew there'd be another shortage as soon as they sold out. It's just the way it is.

@fenrirdies Well there's the whole supply chain issue going on right now, and the fact Tomax products are so popular. Then again, I'm a couple months new to all of this and there could be other reasons why. I would also like to try these other Tomax products (only have the Venus Real, getting Uterus at some point if still in stock). We're not alone, and I'm sure TD is doing everything they can to restock these Tomax products. I'm quite hopeful they'll get them in again MAYBE this coming summer? Purely speculation from my own perspective; could be sooner or could be later. Things just take time, especially nowadays. All we can really do is turn on those notifications, reach out with our questions, and be supportive N patient :)
