This is primarily for @**TD** staff but I thought someone else might want this answered at some point so here goes. Magic Eyes has items that seem to still be in production but that you've stopped carrying. I'd be interested in getting the Neotenic Fairy again but it isn't available through you anymore and I'd prefer to keep buying here. So my question is "Can this be ordered?" I realize even if it can be done it could take some time and might cost a bit more than typical. If this can be done can you detail the process? Appreciate the help!

@TimmyTucker Great input from everyone, if there is a product you want that we stopped carrying but are still in production from the manufacturer, the best way is to contact us using the special order form and we'll do our best to acquire that product for you. Obviously, when special ordering the price may vary to what was listed on our website depending on how long ago this product was listed on the store. The chance of us re-activating a product is very low since there is usually a pretty good reason a product falls into the discontinued list.

- This is a customer service type of question. If you scroll down to the bottom of the website you will see a "Customer Service" link where you can inquire with ToyDemon.
- There is also a "Special Orders" link at the bottom of the website as well; since you know that ToyDemon has previously sold what you are looking for you could make your request there and see how TD will help you.
- There is also a "Products Requests" link under the "Special Services" section on the website's front page that will lead you to the same page that the "Special Orders" connects to as well.
- This question pops up frequently in the Community Forum. You can search for previous the inquiries like yours and see how they were handled in the past.
