What is the most realistic onahole available in the market? I know onaholes would never match a real live vagina, but I want something that is closest to it as possible. I know that the Tomax Real is close to the real thing, but are there others? I want something that has a realistic interior and a replication of a Jav idol labia.

I only found the Venus Real ok but I can see the argument for realism. My pick for most realistic is the Maria Ozawa. Although I found the Gen 1 Single Layer Ootsuka reasonably realistic too though that one is sadly discontinued.

The new Kanjuku Meiki Seductive Young Wife Maria Nagai is the same as the gen 1 Ootsuka, NPG even reused the old promo pictures for it. I just bought one, loved it, and thought it was very realistic but it tore really badly on the 1st use. I'm considering getting another anyway.

@FluffyShortsGuy Huh. No kidding? Good to know. I'll give it a look. Nice to know they aren't letting a good sleeve go even if I assume they lost the deal with Ootsaka herself to represent it. My first one did tear easily and eventually tore so much it was unusable. My 2nd one has some tearing but had generally held up for now but I'll grab one of these as a back up. Thx.
