I like it but as someone with a 4.5 inch penis I didn't find the most of the pre programmed options any good. Unforunately since my penis is also like a pencil..... I don't get sucked dry.
Irrumatio mode is where it's at for us smaller fellahs.
Sleeve that came with my A10 Piston was a Clover B. Fully expected it to come with the Plain sleeve..... Don't know if it was just my unit that came with it or they just give out random Sleeves for every A10.
Cleaning reminds me of my first sleeves.... A fleshlight. Easy.
The question most people want to know is the noise level.
1 is nearly audible
2 in the middle of night someone can hear it if they concentrate
3 same as above but they'll hear it clunking depending on which mode you got on
4+? Never been there. Too loud at night time.I like it.
No sleeves for the smaller fellahs.
