@Codavi Like others have mentioned, being small is sometimes a blessing (I know... mine is barely 4). Any small toy will do the trick and most toys with simple repeating textures will also work with small penises. Personally, my favorites are the Tenga Flips (you always hit something), the Venus Real (it feels so damn good), and the Fleshlight Go's specially the clear one.

@Codavi If you want to invest somewhat heavily, I think the S Rank Momo Mocchi 2000 would be perfect for you; it's not an onahole though—it's a hip. It has a tight 4-inch anal tunnel and a tight 3.75-inch vaginal tunnel. If you take a look at the sideview of the tunnels on the product page, you'll notice that the texturing is pretty much constant throughout the tunnel lengths, with the exceptions of differences that may arise from their winding directions or from the vacuum chamber at the end of the vaginal tunnel. As a plus, it has gel fillings in the buttocks that cause the cheeks to jiggle as you ram away your libido.

I haven't tried ZXY, but I hear good things about it. Just keep in mind that has a very long and curved tunnel design, so people will get definitely get different experiences out of it based on their length and their erection curvature. TOMAX's Venus Real is pretty great. It's also windy, but so much so that erection curvature's impact on experience is pretty moot. The texturing in the Venus Real is pretty constant throughout the length (so erection length is also pretty moot here), and the materials that TOMAX puts into their products are probably the best on the market.

Some but not all onaholes are used to their full potential as you fill the entirety of the tunnels—as is the case with Toy Demon's Infinity sleeves. And there are many others where size has no practical relevance due to constant texturing—as is the case with many TOMAX sleeves. Hope all of this helps!

@Codavi My thoughts are similar as below. Maybe the Tenga Egg or the Puni Virgin Mini.... basically veer to the smaller sized onaholes or something with simple repeating texture where it doesn't really matter how far in you're able to go like the Lilith Spiral Wave. Not sure if the penis head massagers are still carried here but that's another route too that will work for any size.

Have you tried any onaholes previously? If not, we agree with @baddragon69 in trying something like tenga egg because they are smaller and cheaper for you to try. If it works well, you can work your way up to a smaller yet reasonable onahole like the Unbearable Lip Doll. ZXY and Venus Real are more on the bigger side, so you might not want to spend that much unless you have tried your way up. Hope that helps.

@Codavi hey man being small could be a blessing for you want to know why. You will fit everything dude. I have seen so many post of people being upset that they don't fit or there two long or the toy broke from there monster size so cheer up dude you won't have any of those problems but yeah stick with smaller toy's if the end of the tunnel is exciting you but it's a large toy you won't be disappointed that why. I only have two onaholes right now but i woudl think anything that has a repeating pattern design would work right? since you dont need to reach the end because it's the same pattern, so like those Tenga 3D holes I assume would work.

@Codavi I would personally go for a tenga egg at that size, but I would also recommend the fleshlight quickshots.

@Codavi There is a collection from Toy’s Heart called “Lovely Cation 2” or “LC2” which features 4 onaholes with a variety of textures and different gimmicks. The overall length of them are 4” and the internal lengths range from 2.5-3.5” which I think would work well for you. They are pretty cheap too, around $13. I don’t think they’re realistic but they are interesting.
