So today we got a private message on Reddit from one of our customers:
As we read through it, we can't help but put up a big smile and immediately shared it with the few people that are still coming into the office and the rest that are working from home. Everyone was really happy to receive such heart warming and supportive feedback. One of us even joked, "Can we find out who this is and just give him 5000 Reward Points??" It was a great way to start our morning.
Now some of you might say fake news, that this was made up to make yourselves look good...and so on. Sorry sir, you cannot ruin our mood, NOT TODAY!

Being US based is a HUGE boon, and something I personally am thankful to you all for- because everyone knows how ridiculous shipping fees can get trying to get anything from Japan. Thanks for everything y'all do!
