This reminds me a good deal of tenka iketsu, and I think is made from the same inner and outer materials. The texture is quite aggressive and the tunnel is tight if you are on the bigger side like me. The sensation reminds me a bit more of a BJ than a vagina. The chamber at the end is great for glans stimulation if you're long enough.
For my taste it would be a 5 star if the inner material was a bit softer. Using thick lube helps a bit.

I like the texture of this lube quite a bit for harder more intense holes. It's very satisfying slimy. That said it does dry out somewhat quickly so you'll need to add water or more lube for longer sessions.

This is fantastic is you love the "popping" sensation uterus style holes are meant to provide. It's not nearly as hard as some other "hard" versions so don't be afraid. I wish it was a bit heavier but it still great, especially in a mount.
