I'm not 100% sure why I bought this. NOTOWA as a brand is new to me and this was the largest in-stock hole of theirs at the time.
TL;DR If you're not after a super realistic canal design and you don't know what to get, get this. It's durable. It's the "right" size and weight (IMO) for a good experience. It's a great starting point - you can go softer or harder from here - more realistic or more sensational with the canal design - lighter still (the further away you get from ~450g the worse your experience will be) or even heavier/larger (800g+ or a hip or something).

Unboxing - 7/10 - Slightly less than bare minimum. The hole is just flopping around in the box loosely, with a tiny satchet of lube that I ignored. The girl on the box is cute, plus 2 points. Minimal odor that's completely gone now that I've used it a few times, but it WAS present at first. It didn't feel or look like a greaseball at first glance but I let it roll around in a sink filled with warm water and a whole ton of oil came off. It's oily for sure.

Appearance - 10/10 - Looks like it'd be a chubby girl. No blemishes out of the box. Very nice lips that don't look like they'll tear in a few uses.

Outer durability and feel - 9/10 - VERY soft and floppy. Probably one of the softest outer layers on a dual layer toy I've got. No marks. I stored it in a mesh bag with a bit more of a pronounced texture than ToyDemon's bags and it did imprint the pattern on it though. Might want to use a satin/silk bag for this one.

Inner durability and feel - 7/10 - Very durable, but if you prefer softer toys, you might want to look elsewhere. It's middle of the road on firmness, maybe slightly firmer than medium? It's got some bumpy lumpy features that you will feel with thinner lube. I guess it's because she's in "Estras"? IDK. The uterus gimmick doesn't provide a very noticeable "pop" sensation (con) - but the cervix stinger isn't painful because it's small and rounded off (pro).

Experience - 8/10 - With thinner lube (Insomnia, Silky, Tenka Itteki, etc) you may not like this if you're expecting something as soft as the outer layer. With something thicker or more viscous (NPG ZXY/Love Lotion, Peace, Peepee Smoothie, O2, Onatsuyu, etc.) or even "medium" (Magic Eyes C10/C11) I think it's quite nice. The lips are nice. The super soft outside means this one is very well suited for the slinky-toy/yo-yo onahole bounce as long as it's lubed right.
The layers didn't separate on first use (NPG...)
No bits of it came off on the first wash (Magic Eyes...)
There's no obvious seam between the center/outer layers at the top (Ride Japan...)
This actually feels worth the $50 you'll pay for it.

Final Score - 9.5/10 - I'd actually recommend this as a first onahole without a second thought.
If you haven't got death grip, start with medium viscosity (or thicker) lube.
If you do have death grip, use something thin and you can enjoy it too.

Let me preface my review by saying I'm also comparing it to (almost) all of the other onaholes with Tenka Ikketsu in the name, because I grabbed nearly all of them, scroll all the way to the end to see a comparison.

TL;DR The perfect onahole exists, and it is called Tenka Ikketsu Bungeetouch No Maki. I will be rebuying this if anything ever happens to mine. Please don't stop making it, Ride Japan.

Unboxing - 8/10 - Nice box, no extras other than a satchet of (excellent) Ride Japan lube. They've seemingly switched to double bagging everything now, which is very nice. Same sealed bag as older purchases, but there's a second much larger bag that completely fills the compartment the onahole is in, like a liner that'll keep TPE grease off the box. You can toss it right back into the box without reusing the smaller sealed bag if you get a double bagged one.

Appearance - 7/10 - Not the most realistic. It's not ugly.

Inner/Outer durability and feel - 10/10 - Single layer, so one score. I always worry about the "ring" at the top where the canal and the outer part of the mold are fused together on Ride Japan onaholes, but I've yet to tear through one. It's not quite as soft as the outer layer of the original's BabyTouch, but that one is also a lot less dense - almost spongy. This is honestly perfect. It is a lot softer than the inner layer of the original Tenka Ikketsu, which makes all of the bits of the design work oh so much better.

Experience - 10/10 - Hard to put it into words. It's perfect. IDK read the other reviews.
Nice and long inside, nice to bottom an onahole out without fear of tearing through it or bruising my dick.
All of them fit perfectly in the Meiki Plush (I have the hip) and this one works best because it's single layer. I've found that dual/triple layer toys aren't quite as good in the hip because they usually feel best being "yo-yo"d which is impossible if the hip is holding the entire outer layer tightly. You will want to "prop it up" to keep it from flopping about. I wad up a thin rag and place it on the dorsal side. If you're looking dead on at the opening in the plush, you should see the onahole and then cloth directly beneath it filling out the rest of the opening - not towards the top of the hip. Just look at the picture.

Cleaning/Drying - 10/10 - Very straightforward, even easier than the original because it's single layer. I've sworn off regular DE drying sticks, but I see no reason why one wouldn't work here. I use a "PVAmicro" cloth cut into strips, it works great.

Final Score: 10/10
Works great with thinner lubes. The Tenka Ikketsu design shines better here than it does on the original.

The same exact design, but single layer and made out of Ride Japan's "Bungee Touch" - slightly firmer (by virtue of being more dense) than the outer BabyTouch material, definitely way softer than the inner one. It is everything I liked about this onahole, but better. Get this instead. You can still feel every bit of the texture on the design, but it doesn't become painful.

Tenka Ikketsu Tenjyu Tamayura - Heaven’sGranularPleasure
Made out of the same material, but the canal design is different, and better for the most part. Gone are all the bumps at the entrance that made the original almost feel painful. The "official" translated name from Ride Japan is honestly pretty accurate. It feels "granular," like sandpaper, but good. Sadly the uterus bit is missing. I liked it more than Tenka Ikketsu, but I didn't love it.

Is Bungee Touch not soft enough for you? Want a Tenka Ikketsu you can edge with for 3 hours? Get this. It's unbelievably soft. I found it a bit too soft, I couldn't feel the uterus gimmick at all. I think they should've made it slightly tighter to compensate for just how much softer it is.

I passed because the design gimmick from the first third of the canal continues all the way through. If they made THIS out of the Strawberry Milk stuff, I might be inclined to try it, but as it is, I'd probably dislike it even more than the original. If your #1 issue with Tenka Ikketsu is that the uterus gimmick feels wasted on you, get this instead. It'll beat you up all the way through.

I probably would've rated this higher if "Tenka Ikketsu Bungeetouch No Maki" didn't exist. This (the OG) is definitely better with thicker or more viscous lube, because that might help dull just how intense it is towards the front. If you're desensitized (or less girthy perhaps) then something lighter like Insomnia is probably fine.

I wanted to give it 1 star, but if you're below average, you may actually find it enjoyable. I did, before I was hard. Then I tossed it aside and grabbed something else to finish. It's too small! I don't have nearly as many BJ holes as regular onaholes, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Outer texture is nice and soft, there are very soft teeth that I didn't even notice at first because they're flesh colored, and there's a big 'ol tongue which is obviously the selling point here. You can feel it on your scrote which is nice. The inner texture is on the blander side, but it is there.

I don't think I am particularly well endowed. This thing just kept forcing me out. If I did manage to get in, I poked through the inner layer at the top just short of the end of the canal instead of going all the way to the back. Other BJ onaholes kinda force you out too, but not in the way this does.

This is only 0.2 inches shorter than "Geki-Fera Super Horny Amagami Hachino Tsubasa" in the description, but it felt like it was a whole 2 inches shorter. I was expecting a similar experience but with the added benefit of a tongue sticking out, and it honestly feels like that 5.3" length includes the entire extended length of the tongue. The Hachino Tsubasa one is one of my favorite onaholes now. This one went in the bin.

Perhaps you're only meant to use it on the top/head of your schlong? IDK, it's a hard pass for me.

I have way too many of these. Picked this up because of the April bonus offer, and because I didn't have anything from Tamatoys. The art on the box and the design caught my eye. The side of the box has Stimulation, Hardness, and Tightness all at 3 out of 5. I'd say that's fairly accurate, except it might be a bit softer than 3/5. Not quite as soft as Ride Japan's Bungee Touch, but softer than what I'd consider "Medium" because it stretches a lot. Use thicker lube and you can probably edge with it, use it with something thin and it's very middle of the road.

It's got a smell but it isn't filling up the room or choking me. Smells like wood stain.
Wasn't overly greasy or powdery out of the box.

It's strange. Wide but short. Squat. It has two rings for grip on the back.

Durability and feel - 9/10
It's single layer, so only one score. Best way I can describe it is it has a lot more give than you'd expect from TPE that "feels" like this. It isn't stretching a whole ton under its own weight, but it gives pretty easily. Similarly, very thin lube (Insomnia) didn't result in an uncomfortable experience, I kind of forgot what the inner texture was supposed to be until I was done and cleaning it. It's soft, but it's not. Make sense?
The opening is nice and big, and the first part of it is roomy. If you're above average girth you might enjoy that. If you're any longer than 6" maybe not. The inside is only 4.5". There was an easy 1.5" of give for me with no discomfort, but IDK how much more it will give before the experience suffers or you punch through it.

Experience - 9/10
I like it. Good as a stroker, good in the Meiki Plush - do note it'll feel different to using it loose, since you'll be squishing it horizontally a whole ton.
Didn't have to powder it immediately after the first use either.
The box (or the product images?) warn that you can damage it if you turn it inside out. You aren't gonna stop me from turning a single layer toy inside out to clean it. Mine's fine.
