Worst item purchased so far.

Large mouth opening. Large size inner diameter. Very little sensation without having to squeeze the unit.

The teeth are terrible and make the viewing ugly.
Cut out bottom teeth do to terrible feeling.

Looks strange - see pic.

The lube supplied is thick and sticky- tossed that.

Back in 2014 and again in 2020, I got the Meiki Extreme Hip. Soft. Not too heavy. TPE inside and out ( and I discovered a chemical to fix tears!) I guess they won’t be reproducing.

So here’s the replacement from another company?

The new hip weighs 3 more pounds than the original Meiki hip.
Because of the extra weight, it is larger than the original.

This newer hip has the separate interior of different material, rather than all TPE.

Reaction: After thoroughly testing, I can honestly say that this is a pretty good replacement product.
Both holes feel great and I’m looking forward to it lasting a bit longer than the Meiki hip.

The entry point placement is better for laying on top of hip just like the Meiki. I like this better also, when using the hip on top in my lap for deep entry.

It was on sale and free shipping.

Had enough time with this product to give a fair review.
This is the second one of these type products I have purchased, and I can say, this is a really a nice product.

I purchased this product to replace a Meiki full hip which had developed serious tears from vagina to anal area. It was advertised as Extreme Pleasure Hip Third Generation.
So my review is to compare the two, as I believe the Meiki full hip has been discontinued.

First off, this hip is almost 4 pounds heavier then the Meiki full hip and has realistic labia as compared to the Meiki hip which has no protruding labia. To describe difference, purchased hip looks like a women where the Meiki hip can be misconstrued looking like a younger girl to some.
The labia lips do not surround penis upon entry but rather a hole provided. If you prefer the lips to surround you as you enter, then I would suggest the Extreme Pleasure Hip Shinsei instead (I have not compared size and weight).
The extra weight of this full hip makes it much more pleasurable to hold and imagine having sex with and will also fit small xsmall womens panties. The robust butt is great for grabbing and pounding during sex.

I rated this a 4 on a 5 scale for: a small tear upon arrivial and inspection located directly above the anal entry - which could initiate a further tearing later in the anal entry. Second, I actually prefer the feeling of the lips surrounding my penis upon entry and will most likely purchase the Extreme Pleasure Hip Shinsei next year. These products of TPE seem to tear and wear out within a year of purchase and of course depends on how often used and how cared for.

I purchased one of these Meiki Extreme Pleasure Hips, from another on line location. I think it was a counterfeit and did not hold up very well.
But, a second one from ToyDemon, has been Fantastic! No hugh rips or tears while using.
The sensation of using this product over a hand masturbator cannot be over stated. This has some real weight and life-like feel.
You will totally get your moneys worth should you decide to move up to this product. You will not be disappointed
