MAJOR CONSERN, it is difficult to clean because of how soft it is where each chamber will be very grippy when dry. I think this is a HEALTH HAZORD. and you have to clean six of them. I could only reach to the 4th chamber within 15 min of cleaning, where the 5th and 6th chamber are near impossible to dry, full cleaning would require around 45 min to an hour and a gentle hand as to not break the onahole.

The best thing about this onahole is that it is easy to clean, because the hole is just big enough to lightly grip the finger making it easier to push in and do the necessary cleaning.

The best way to feel the chambers is to go slow or medium speed with this onahole, or fast small motions in the separate chambers, and going "hard" will make this onahole feel dull, so great for edging. The first chamber provides the most stimulation as it has the most notable folds. Personally, I really like the second chamber when the onahole is warm, it makes it feel like a warm pillow tickling the head. Since it is not a tight onahole, it doesn't try to squeeze the penis or lube out. The final chamber feels like nothing, really, just squeeze it and it applies decent suction.
