Reminds me a LOT of Umi No Ana #2 Carnivorous Mermaid's sheer intensity, but with a lot of added suction if you squeeze the air out of the rear chamber. Definitely a challenge, but if you like that sort of thing its amazing. 10/10. I ordered a second one in case this one ever gives out on me.
