How much time does it usually takes to restock an item? Why is it always out of stock? I just read comment that Venus Soft got out of stock within one day. Can’t u just buy more so item won’t go out of stock as soon as it comes. Can I we get some answers?

Generally speaking, they ship in bulk from Japan every once in a while, which can be seen by the same "expected back in stock date" across multiple items. Something something economies of scale I think
As for the Venus Soft, Tomax in general is known for selling out very quickly and remaining out of stock for long periods of time. I forget the exact reason, but I do remember that it's most likely on Tomax's end, not ToyDemon's end.

@HeroineAddiction It’s because Tomax is a small onahole company that keeps its TPE recipe a closely guarded secret. They are also very proud of the products they produce, so they take extra time with each small batch to do quality control. Then they choose a handful of specific online stores to sell their products. In other words, supply and demand, Tomax is sold out everywhere because it’s so popular and there is so little quantity available.
You can place an order for double the number of products or even triple, but that means Tomax will take longer to fulfill your request, or tell you kindly and respectfully (because they are Japanese) that your order is too large to meet in a reasonable amount of time. If you complain or are rude, they can simply cut you off and sell the rights to their products to someone else. Luckily, Toydemon does care and only allows people to buy one of each product when they get their shipment. The only ones I've seen complain are those who are new and missed their chance, or those who sleep on it and never sign up for the newsletter/wish list items/ click on the notify me button.
The best thing I ever did to get my hands on all the Tomax toys without breaking down into a stressed-out rant was to “set it and forget it.” I added all the toys I wanted onto my wish list, clicked on the [Sold Out/Notify Me] blue button on each product page, and signed up for the Toydemon newsletter, where they usually let people know about an incoming shipment of Tomax. Then I forgot about it and put my energy into something else. When the shipments came in, I already had a stash of money that I had saved up. I bought my merry little slices of heaven and went on my way.

@**ToyDemon** So you do order enough, but you’re only based in Canada, and for the past few years, every single time something goes wrong with shipments, you have to deal with it. Did I get that right?

@DannyRandy This has been asked and answered many, many times in the past.

@**ToyDemon** so basically from 1 month to infinite? And I haven't seen an answer to the question: why can't u just buy more so the item won’t go out of stock as soon as it comes?

@Ineviolet Well we just can guess how much brand allowing to buy. If toydeamon said we have only specific amount available that’s why we can’t get more to cover demand then we would know.
