I have a toy where only after a couple of uses is starting to show signs of having a hole on the other end.
Is there any way to repair this or is it usually finished after a hole is ripped through?
Do you guys have any advice on how to prevent this from happening or what to look for in a toy? I’m a little under 7 inches.

@aatrox I’ve had the same issue with some toys in the $20-$40 range.
Sadly, it’s not easy (nor advised) to try rescuing toys in this range without permanently altering their sensation.
If you think it’s size that’s your primary concern, I can attest that good, quality materials and dual layer sleeves will be good friends to you.
Heavier sleeves are more resistant to more “enthusiastic” use, so if you plan on being more aggressive, I suggest you aim for 400g or more in weight for sleeves that you want to last long.
Being more than a little ‘gifted’ myself, I have found a particular preference for using a decent hip. I prefer the Bakujiri hip, which has long, textured channels that grant more length than most ona and meikis.
If you’re set on a sleeve, I suggest one by Tomax, for a multitude of reasons, including weight and material quality. Otherwise, look into NPG’s meikis.
These aren’t cheap options, but they could prevent you from having similar issues in the future.

@aatrox I have read several reviews that mention the whole... poking a hole in the side or back pf an onahole and I've always been puzzled by this. Yes I can see bubbling/stretching an ona hole if you're bigger or the toy is smaller.... but I've never poked a hole in one of mine. Well.. once with my finger when I was too rough with one.. but never with my dick! But Im sure some cheaper holes or badly made batches allow for this to happen. But yeah as for repair... should of a heat gun or soldering iron to reheat the TPE and cause it to rejoin I got nothin. If that happened to me I'd toss it and replace.

@aatrox I read somewhere you can close the hole with a soldering iron but it'll get thinner and thinner each time unless you cut a piece of the rubber from another old onahole and thicken the surface. I've never had to do it but it's what I plan to use that method if mine ever breaks

@aatrox It's probably not worth trying to repair it, given the location. Given how the hole is being created, it would come in direct contact with your member, and any simple repair method would leave a bit of a rough scar area. You wouldn't really want that rubbing on sensitive parts. Plus, it's a high stress location, and I'm not sure if any repair method would hold for long.
