For anyone who has tried both onahole hips (HOBOMEKO, Extreme Pleasure Hips, etc) and Tantaly hips (Louise, Rosie, etc), how would you compare the two? I've used both the HOBOMEKO and EPH3 extensively so I'm using those toys as a point of reference. Since I've only been using onaholes for so long, I'm hesitant to try an American brand due to quality concerns, but I'm curious how the experience compares for those who have tried both.

@asatya I've got a large range, from basically small onaholes shaped like hips (500g), to two hand onas (1kg), to the mini hips (5kg), to what the japanese hip toys call full size (10kg), to what Chinese torso/doll companies call mini (15kg), to actual full size (20kg), and larger torsos and dolls (50kg). I've got several from Tantaly and SexDollTorso. There are no American hip toy companies - Tantaly is Chinese with a large marketing budget for western audiences.
Actual hip toys are a fundamentally different experience from onas. For hip toys, I think the sweet spot is about 40 pounds, and anything smaller is a subpar experience, and you'll have a better time sticking with onaholes. The so-called "Ultimate Jelly Hips" you linked is a decent size, but absurdly overpriced - you can buy 5 or 6 Tantaly/SDT hips for that price. In my collection of about a dozen torsos and hip toys, the Japanese ona-hips are dramatically worse than the offerings dedicated torso or full doll companies make. It's funny, because you'd expect Japan's onahole expertise to scale up, but they don't.
I personally prefer most of SDT's torsos and hips over Tantaly's offerings, since SDT is generally a much softer TPE. But Tantaly has better packaging, fewer defects, and everything comes with a useful storage case - I usually have to buy cases for SDT's stuff.

@anon12345678 Thanks for all the info, it's really useful! I ended up buying a Tantaly hip that is on the lighter side in terms of weight, simply because I can't afford the heavier ones at the moment and am also not that strong lol. For my preferences it was actually just right in terms of weight, and definitely a huge upgrade from the "full size" hips I've been used to using that are sold on here. If I ever buy a heavier one in the future I think I'll be sticking with Tantaly, but I've never heard of SDT before so I'll check that out too at some point.
Also, the product links on forum posts seem to be automatic so that toy wasn't a consideration for me — definitely extremely overpriced as you said.
