I purchased and got this 'onahole' for the first time. They packaged the item discreetly which is nice. Being a noob, I wonder if I should clean this 'onahole' before using? Secondly, how should I clean this after use? Thanks in advance.

@redcardinal agree with what winkyblink said, definitely wash your toys before your first use since you just don't know what might be inside the tunnel straight out of the factory, better safe than sorry. I usually shake out the water, air dry my onahole after I wash it, and then use the dry stick to suck up anything that's still wet. Corn starch or baby powder definitely works well to rid the stikyness.
Oh one more thing to watch out for is only use water-based lube for onahole, silicone base lube might damage the material.

@Papi Gotcha. Thank you. So are these onhaholes safe to keep inside the bedside cabinet considering that it's always closed? By the way I just bought a toy bag and drying stick.

You can wash it before your first use, and should definitely wash it after you use it.
I typically wash with a cheap liquid antibacterial soap (Walmart Equate) and running hot tap water. First rinse well with lots of running water, then follow with the soap and water using your fingers to work out anything that your pre-rinse didn't get out. Then rinse well.
I then dry it well with a strong paper towels, especially inside.
I then spray some 70% alcohol inside, let it set for a few minutes, then dry that out with a paper towel. This can be optional for you if you're confident in your cleaning efforts; I do it as additional insurance since I've accumulated such a large collection of onaholes.
If your onahole feels sticky after cleaning then pat it with some corn starch. You don't need a lot, just enough to make it feel smooth.
If you look in the accessories section here on TD there's some good stuff that you can buy for cleaning as well.
