I just discovered the site and I'm very impressed with the selection, I was looking forward to purchasing the Meiki no Syoumei 05 Zhang Xiao Yu onahole, but they just sold out! Is their an estimate when they will be back? Because I heard a lot of great reviews about the product.

I was browsing the site on Saturday and I think that's when they ran out of ZXY. They seem to have better luck in restocking it compared to some other stuff, what with all that's going on right now.
I'd almost bet that before the end of the month, but I'm sure they will respond to your question later today.
