The structure at the entrance of this Meiki has been upgraded with a double lip structure. Outer and the new inner lip will provide a new point of stimulation to your experience. as durable as they get, they will still rip either during use or cleaning, even degrade over time.

I've never had an onahole, only Fleshlights. My goto FL sleeve is the Mini Lotus (with custom added texture) and it doesn't feel tight, but comfortably snug. With the right warmth and lube, and tucked between some pillows it can feel close to the real thing. I hope this helps as a comparison for those who have tried it.

-Close, but probably more stimulating. "Realistic" holes are maybe slightly softer with less textures going on, but personally I think that a little texture is the way to go with onaholes (offers something different than sex). Regardless, this is miles better than any FL I had. If you're looking for other realistic holes, my recs are Shin Meiki no Syoumei 004 Fujimori Riho or Gokujyou Cho Yawaman Kamiki Rei.
This is a very good place to start as your introduction to onaholes. Just be warned that they may be less durable than FL in exchange for much better feeling and texture.
