Recently I've decided to drop the Goku-Hida Virgin Octopus because the size is just a problem. It's too small for me. @bigsekret69420 For high stimulation the Monster Wet Real and the Lilith Spiral Wave would be my top two picks but both were a little overwhelming for me and I found for strong stimulation that didn't overpower me too much the ZXY, The ExTrip Haruna Hana and the Meiki Horny Beauty were pretty good strong but enjoyable middle grounds. All of these are medium sized and should still be ok for your size.

The lililth spiral wave seems like it would either work very well for me or not do a ton, I will keep it under advisement but I don't think I will go that route. I got the ZXY a bit ago and actually have a review up for it! TLDR is good but could be better priced and the lips are super annoying to me.
I also have started to consider some things I have wishlisted, but they are pre-order items so I'd be gambling a bit. Uterus Okunomiya KoBukuro is one, and Obscene Labyrinth is another I'm considering.
