I just pre-ordered Fuwakitsu CQ Max & Meiki no Hinkaku Black Label.

A question about shipping all items together: would shipping be "free" for the in stock item as well when you put it on hold to ship it with the pre-order items?

@winkyblink Unfortunately no.

In order for the in stock item to be free shipping, it needs to hit the threshold for free shipping as if there's no pre-order items. Best way to look at this is to treat pre-order items as ghost items or pretend that it's in a complete different order. It has no effects on your cart total as we have explained in that blog post. We are just making it easier so that you wouldn't need to put in 2 separate orders for in stock and pre-order items. And that if you do and don't mind waiting, you will be rewarded with extra points.
