I asked in the notes/instructions box on my checkout last time, but the packaging was never removed. Would appreciate any help. Don't feel comfortable smuggling loli boxes into my room.

@Shocker Yeah that's usually the place to ask, I'd talk to support about this, it's possible that due to COVID-19 they've temporarily stopped the packaging removal services. I used to see it on the front page of the site but can't see it anymore, but that's just speculation on my part.

@Shocker Package remove request can be done by letting us know in order comment field during checkout. Please note once "package removal" is done the product cannot be returned for a refund as the package is no longer intact and the item is no longer deemed as unopened.
