I'm not sure if anyon else has encountered this problem. When I attempt to add shipping information, I do not see any option to "Hold at FedEx Location." This used to be clearly visible, but now I am only able to add an address. Has TD changed shipping policies?

@MeikiFan Here is a page with some information about hold for pickup: https://www.toydemon.com/hold-for-pickup
I still have yet to place an order after this change, so I can't help you with the process of redirecting a package. Hopefully someone else can chime in and help us both.

@jimmyblobthethird Thank you for the information. The new policy at TD doesn't work for me. While I can understand the cost involved, it is not an adequate solution. It seems more like TD rolling off responsibility to customers to make the change and only if they elect not to choose free shipping options. This of course doesn't work for me and I imagine many others, since the whole purpose behind Hold at Location is discretion. I've used Hold at FedEx in the past using the account manager. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've also tried using UPS My Choise and that NEVER worked for me. Therefore, until TD offers a better solution, I will have to either hold off on using TD and/or find a different seller. TD has long been my go to, but this change makes it a no go, for now.

@MeikiFan If you're curious about the current system, I made an order after the shipping change. It was free shipping (6-10 day option). Basically, you put down your home address to ship to, then you get assigned a random delivery company to track/manage your order. Depending on which company it is, you might get an option to request that that package should be held for pickup. In my case, it was UPS. They did offer hold for pickup, but you have to pay extra for it, so I just let it go to the home address I put down.
I think I remember reading that of the 4 companies you might get (UPS, FedEx, DHL, forgot the last one), UPS and FedEx offer hold for pickup after the order. Not sure if FedEx's hold for pickup after the order is free or not. I think I also remember reading that picking the 3-5, 2, or 1 day shipping guarantees that you'll be able to hold for pickup, but I don't remember.
