Ride Japan's Virgin Eternity has alittle better sensation than this one. If you’re into soft onaholes and long sessions then this one's your ticket. You won't need much lube. Easy to clean too.

Ride Japan is becoming my favorite brand for the soft material category, and and while I love Nurse Gichi Gichi Long, this one does have better feeling to it. Like Gichi, it has good suction and a crevice at the end to finish with, but Gichi's crevice is wider whereas this one's crevice feels tighter on the head and thus some back-pressure when you climax. Gichi is deeper too, which I prefer; with this one I'm pushing the bottom more.

Like Trapfap69 says, this firmer version of Nurse Gichi Gichi feels tighter. More sensation than her sister requires more lube and pacing. I prefer the soft version myself, but every now and then I like a challenge and go with this one. Both nurses are great for the price which was why I bought both at the same time

With the soft material and design this one's in my top 3 favorites. Just the right size, perfect mellow-suction and allows me to have longer sessions if I want. It has the right size ending crevice that cups my head while hugging it as I climax, enough room to allow for free-flow without back pressure. Watch out with those onahole warmers with this type of material; don't leave them in too long. Excellent value.
Softness and the right stimulation, excellent value

Fun design, great stimulation with it's bumps and firmness, and the uterus is noticeable. Use extra lube and I don't pop off so quick, but it's designed for a fast time anyways. After about my 10th use it started to tear at the front.
