Having fun with both the soft and regular versions of Lilith Uterus I was looking for a more noticeable uterus-penetration experience with this "hard" model. But the G-spot is much more sensational on this one than the other two, with no noticeable difference of uterus-banging fun I get out of the Regular version.
All of these uterus-featured onaholes will give you pretty good suction and most firm, single-layer versions are very durable as well as easy to clean.

For a more smoother feel this one will do the trick. Seems to not dry out as fast as PEPEE Omega 3 lotion, another favorite thick lube of mine.

Tenka Ikketsu has become my favorite model made by Ride Japan, who makes among the best onaholes for under $30. This one's gimmick is the uterus pocket, but instead of having the standard 140mm long tunnel, this model's measures 150mm (5.9 inches) and places the uterus entrance at the very end for your p-head to penetrate with each deep stroke; perfect for average-size guys. This one is made of a more firmer material, so if you're into smoother/softer rides then use more lube or a thicker lube. She hugs just right, not tight and the uterus chamber creates great suction.
Clean-up is easy and after several uses there's been no signs of layer separation.

Tomax's Real series is its best model in terms of sleeves, and are the best sleeves around for the single layer designs. I got longer sessions with this version using Onatsuyu Pussy Juicy Lotion (my go-to lotion when trying out my 1st time new model sleeves). I liked it better when I used Tomax's Silky Lube: it's thinner and as the longer you use it, the "silkier" it feels.
I enjoyed the Regular version more due to that it's a firmer resistance: I liked the push going in more when using the Regular, and the Regular feels a little tighter too. The Soft version wasn't noticeably less aggressive-feeling than the Regular using Onatsuyu, but I enjoyed the Soft version more while using the Silky Lube.
Single layer designs are typically easier to clean, and Tomax sleeves are much more durable than say the Ride Japan sleeves, who make great designs at a lower price.

Mao-Man has to be NPG's best softer dual-layer sleeve. Its well-designed ridges and bumps will give you a uterus-penetration effect (twice). But what makes this onahole better than its NPG sisters is its durability: pounding after pounding, this one is so far holding up after several, looong sessions.
She's a softer sleeve, so if you want to feel her bumps more then use a thinner lube, otherwise this sleeve is a long-sessions winner.
To compare it with NPG's champion ZXY? Well in terms of the overall satisfaction of you might define as success, Mao-Man beats ZXY in the durability category. Sensation: Mao-Man is softer, (and softer than 12 Eimi Fukada, which also wins in durability). Mao-Man offers soft-uterus sensation where as ZXY offers realistic-to-greater sensation of a real vigina.
